While You Sleep

While you sleep I tell you all of the things I keep inside throughout day.
Now that you can hear but not listen I find them much easier to say.
My hopes, my dreams, my fears, and everything in between
Your subconscious hears so keen, or so it seems.
My tongue is soft; I speak so sweetly
Knowing your reaction will never greet me.

Tonight will be different in what I want you to know.
It has everything to do with what I can’t help but show.
I hold no claim to any religion but you’ve given me a place for my faith.
Somewhere it will never stale or lose its lavish taste.
You’ve shown me something I can see, touch, and feel,
And so before it I choose to kneel.

I know I don’t say it but I miss you every day.
Sitting, thinking of the perfect words to be my choice,
Yet when you call I can’t find any of the right words to say.
I’m just happy to finally hear your voice.
Even just a moment is enough to sooth my heavy heart;
Fearing the ends of conversations knowing we’ll have to part.

I’ll never be too far from you, always within arm’s reach,
And in your days of darkness I’ll be the light that you will seek.
I’ll never let you leave too far from me, I’ll stay close behind you in this world;
Secretly protecting what is mine, you will always be my girl.
I only want the best for you so the best of me I will employ.
Faithfully yours, I will always be your boy.

I close my eyes and kiss your soft sweet lips
And see the very best of you in loving bliss.
I see past the physical which makes you attractive
And focus on the things I can’t see in which I’m attracted.
Your thoughts I’d love to hear them all.
Of the things you speak disinterest never makes its call.

My day will come, I know someday I’ll be the only one.
And you I will pursue viciously,
Because I’ve given you the greatest gift I can give, to love unconditionally.
Yes our day will come, I know someday we’ll be as one.
And you I will pursue viciously,
Because I’ve given you the greatest gift I can give… to love unconditionally.

This is me

My knees were the things that
kept me up and my skin is my
cutting board my eyes are the
rain clouds to the fire running
down my arms and my heart is
the fire place that keeps me
burning so calm

The Righteousness Of Love

Love is a wonder shared by one another it's the only reason I'm not six feet under Love in which I believe in a will to sustain I give back to life, now in dormant states of pain The power of Love may not alone be enough locked inside my dreams escape only from above higher than any human being has ever gone before I must have evolved rise above hate, great once more My Father taught me wisdom I am imprisoned no longer now an beast not of burden I am no lion, I am stronger on my shoulder sits twin dragons long awaiting the day evil forces come forth to take what Love is left, away A Hero of Love light are what the world needs angels, not demons exist where ever you believe follow your heart's direction and you shall achieve objects of affection rid of materialistic greed My bright energy has awakened to a fire never consuming the source as the flames just grow higher that is the desire of a product we call Love Fear, the counterpart what I was once made of I am slowly learning how to win when my peace is harder to sharpen so I have given my pen leave the sword has its uses I must say I believe to vanquish the evil in the minds too diseased to serve any purpose except their own selfish ones tomorrow a new day in the clarity of the sun where we two are now one and one done now does bring about a great change lit by the righteousness of Love.

Return Of Your King

Reflections of imperfections have shown me a way that I can move mountains through my power of faith even though I can't see him I know he is real through the power of prayer and a Love that I feel It's growing inside me like a flower in bloom shall I reveal my powers or is it too soon I am reading the signs through my darkness I find a reason for belief in the light of mankind that I know shall overcome the greatest of odds the Love I seek amazes me especially through the flaws because now I am inspired through the hero's that bring my throne through the darkness on which I return on as your King.

Unknown

Who am I?
Am I defined by what is near in sight?
Am I defined by what I have done,
Or am I defined by what I could become?

Perhaps I'm of no use.
To him, or her, or I, nor you.
Or perhaps I'm too misunderstood to be defined,
And it is something like understanding that comes in time.

And if to the world I'm never shown,
Yet in my own light I've grown and grown,
And so I can know no happiness but my own--
The reason for my smile, to you, will forever be unknown.

I do not pray for the world to know my name.
For it and verse; the letters are the same.
And if a man should find his sorrow in what he reads,
I pray his pain my words to keep.

Should his eyes rain on my page,
Better tears than storms of rage.
And if a man should find his sorrow in what he reads.
I pray his pain my words to keep.

And if to the world you're never shown,
Yet in your own light you've grown and grown,
And so you know no happiness but your own.
Let the reason for your smile, to you, only be known.

Betch Please, Really

I simply love being me for I am so good at everything step into my city and they will tell you who is King one day when I am hungry I will swallow everything then and only then shall I inherit the stuff I dream even then I promise not to settle for satisfaction at any instant half a second I could spring into full action so go against me? please, you do not even measure up to half of the goodness that I hold tight like my treasure still spreading rumors about me to try and destroy my life can't believe I let myself get beat by a stripper and my self-intended knife try and say I'm gay even though we both know that isn't the truth just ask any woman I been with if they ever needed proof they'll say I was the cream of the crop as they took it all night knowing I just may never stop I own the status of a legend now what you got left to say when I bring it twenty-four seven?

The Magik Of Love

Reflections in the mirror were getting scary I could not carry the weight of my pain it almost took my life to learn to love again for I have made a friend somewhere along my long lost way I hope that I helped him just a fraction of how he helped me maybe that single thought is what finally gave me my peace enough to release so much stolen energy Now I am not afraid to walk where the streets are hot for I thrive in Hell's kitchen where the devil stirs my pot for I now have him quiet tame I sacrificed my dragons at the alter of my name and now you are my slaves any time I need I'll call upon my superhero's to come and rescue me like my Saint Toni who swept me off that bridge and showed my how a death can be the greatest reason to live for she was the seed to grow my Eden then a man from a foreign land gave me something in myself to believe in the magik of Love.

Never So Gracious

A full moon night to my delight what is so wrong with doing what's right nothing is right after so long no use in complaining time to move on The Dream Water one day might take me away farther from the comfort of familiarity I float on my back then shut my eyes my body now sinking into ocean arms open wide Now swallow your son back to his nature when he is no longer needed to stay here the next generation are dooming themselves they need my experience to guide them through hell Why should I bother on my own, I strive through I turn my back on the thought of bothering to save you alone in this world my, is it spacious I'm finally smiling, never so gracious.

The Strand

This expanse of land has seen things.
Things all of us can only see in dreams.
It's seen war, it's gotten it's fair share of scars.
Bombs bursting, bullets throwing sand into the air like it's a volleyball tournament.
The sand running red with blood silently mocking our arteries.

This magnificent stretch of land has seen heroes' tears fall; dropping to their knees while sadness envelopes their fallen brothers but also looking up to their beloved whilst carrying a ring in their hand.

It's seen bright days, the sun glimmering over wet sand, footprints of past loves being washed away as the sun smacks the horizon.

This expanse of land...has seen things we can only imagine.

The Maker Of Miracles

I am the maker of miracles a real spiritual man waltzing through shadows as they pull me back in I know I must escape them any way I can I know the way out like the back of my hand It's just me and the maker together, he and I I told you God is in me you just thought I was high talking with the Zeta's they tell me just why everything has an ending and the old me, must die I'm Calm as a bomb in the eyes of a storm they stare upon me as if I've been warned turn me inside out as a goodness is born I wear my battle scars so stars know I'm war torn When the gift of life is freed from inside the fire starts fading then the anger subsides like the great phoenix, I go back in time a miracle is born and now that I'm revived in my new life, I shine.

Albert The Alligator, Florida University Mascot Story

A green sweaty swampy land
Maybe no place for a man
But it is a home to many creatures
Such as our friend's the alligators

Now not so long ago,
In their steamy mysterious habitat
There was a fog so dim it almost made it black
and it had large limb's that hung low on the trees
And each slim blade of grass went an inch above your knees

All gators that lived here
seemed to be very ornary and mean
And it was considered ordinary
To attack their peers With bone crushing teeth

One could ask,
Why are they so mad?
But it's not their fault
It's just the way they were taught how to act
Ever since their speckled eggs hatched
And learned how to make their jaws snap

However, not all gators were like this
There was one who was filled with happiness
He wore a blue hat and a bright orange shirt
Everyone reluctantly called him Albert

Because Albert happened to be completely different
All the other gators kept him at an arm's distance
They called him names and spat in his face
But his joy just never seemed to fade

See Albert had a huge dream
His dream was to be with the humans
As they yelled and screamed
For the local school's winning football team

Out of nothing but sheer excitement,
Albert shared this with the others
But they all laughed even his brothers

So Albert decided right then
to not care about what anyone said
And to pursue his only dream
No matter how long or tough it may be

The next day Albert left that dreary swamp
On mission to prove the nay-sayers wrong
And when he left that dim fog grew so dark
You could not see or hear a big dog's bark

So he made his way to the nearby school
Where he saw not no one, not a single soul
Every building was empty
From the top to bottom floor
The all of a sudden, Albert heard a thundering roar
"Romp!, Stomp!, Chomp!, Welcome to the Swamp!"

He rushed to the football stadium
Where he was met with open arms
He finally felt accepted, safe from abuse and harm
So with his new friends, he rose up in exultation
His life was anew, he was the love of Swamp Nation

For Bruce Springsteen

for bruce springsteen...

it was a rain-swept monsoon day

way back then, so many moons away

when i felt the music strumming in my veins

setting me free like a runaway horse without any reins

you sang of simple truths,

your verse spoke to people just like me

in my lonely, wasted, and desolately quiet night

as you screamed out tragic human wrongs, and of everyone's plight

'bobby jean' spoke to me

of that girl down the street

glimpses of whom, we as innocents would furtively meet

and 'the river' that flowed through my ever-barren heart

led me down further roads of thunder

when slowly i finally learnt that the hardest part was fighting on

and never to surrender

to the hard-luck dreams that were born to run

while i danced in the dark

with memories vivid and stark

even as i whined like that dog who for forever lost his howling bark

and then a 'human touch' came along

and 'better days' seemed real, not just words in a song

and still you sang and swayed and spoke straight into my unseeing eyes

as gardens of secrets were opened, and as your fist punched the skies

in an anger that i too felt and in whose cauldron i too burned

as we saw murder get incorporated, while on its wobbly axis, our fragile world apathetically turned

and then suddenly i was told that i was all grown up

working on a highway of scattered ideals

and absolving myself by sprinkling some coins in a waiting cup

well, after all these years of walking along so many a thorny road

with an armour of your verse covering me, even as i hear them taunt me and even as they continue to goad

but now i can feel myself fading away, into the bleakness of this coming night

just like the ghost of that old tom joad...

Sea Borne

They call the waves white-sharks, and they run from them in fear. They say the water is so vast that you could disappear. And when a child goes near, they pull her back into the sand. They say she is borne from the land. They feel they need to grip her hand.

But I am sea borne and I will swim. I am sea borne and I will live. Upon the white-sharks current, and upon the vast deep below. I will take the child in my arms and swallow her whole. I will make her whole.
She is whole.

They save their own from my care. I am lost without the wear. I cry at night like the white-sharks do. I cry too, I cry too.

Water

The water.
It ripples and waves.
Its soothing to the touch and it runs over your body like an invisible blanket.
When life is too much to take I run to the water.
I've thought about lost loved ones over the view of the ocean.
As the waves ran over my toes and pulled back it was as if God was telling me I'm here.
I see your pain. I see your passion. In time I will wash them away.
When it rains, it stirs something inside of my heart. I know that as this storm shall pass, so will the trials of life.
The pain will be washed away. All will grow new again.
Pain is water.
Joy is water.
Life it water.
Water is beauty.

And I, seeing you old upon your chair

And I, seeing you old upon your chair
Thinking how cold and heartless you could be.
The stern and bitter visage of your stare
That sense of something lost I couldn't see.
Your anger, hardened like a winter chill
Had bruised our childhood days and left us flawed,
We who had wondered why and wonder still
The coldness of your touch that never thawed.
I who was half-afraid to reappear
To look you in the eye and stare you down,
See nothing but an old and haggard dear,
A face that hides behind a frightened frown.
And looking at your face which run with tears
See nothing but your guilt and all you fears.

Drown

The water in my chest,
And my eyes, they burn,
Lungs burst for air,
They are losing all their turn.

My eyes see the light,
That swims in the water,
And as I sink,
My lungs burn hotter.

I try to breathe,
Yet only choke,
I scratch for the surface,
Pray that it be broke.

But I know that I,
Will soon touch sand,
But only beneath the waves,
I will never touch land.

So I close my eyes,
To be engulfed by the dark,
As as i slip away,
Shines bright, the mark.

The deeper I go,
My dress cling to me,
As I drown,
Sink,
To the bottomless sea.

Going Down

Gushing waters surround me Swelling . . . swirling, the pressure is whirling The cries are gone But the wind still screams As the timbers of my exhaust Burst in violence at the seams! I am going down I welcome the tempest with a frown Broken mast amidst the swell Purging me deeper in this watery hell Bodies concealed within Soon the pressure will win Southward bound, pell-mell Into the blue, blackened demons of watery hell! Of sickening inevitably do I sail Into the depths of my demise Gone now are the magnificent, mortal cries Swallowed by the bulging sea The wind upon the splintered timber still screams As gleeful as can be! Going down I never knew I would falter and die in the deep dark blue Going down I see Past fly And wave with my sail the Future—goodbye

Cult leader

Cult Leader.

That guy with Zombie eyes
With love in his disguise
He sucks out life, and minds he does destroy
He says he's the Messiah
And utters words of fire
And promises the seven shades of joy.

A lot of folk be on a search
They know that something lurks
Within the beauty that be there within
And this man he has the power
They think he'll help them flower
And yet the leaders mind be filled with sin.

And when he's hooked them in
With all his righteous din
About God’s wrath and the weight of every sin
He has filled their minds with fear
And made their heads unclear
As they listen to the evil in his din

And families break down
As the kids head out of town
And mums and dads they stay in the commune
Maybe he’ll turn real crazy
His mind might turn real hazy
As another cult it sends folk to their doom

ONE DAY ON HOLLYWOOD BEACH

     ONE DAY ON HOLLYWOOD BEACH
My destination's inner space.
Erasing things not meant to chase.
I'm holding dreams of you, but then,
when I must die, I'll live again.

You were the bait. Your daddy laughed.
Six hundred smiles and I was trapped.
Your photographs got tired of me,
but I still love each one I see.

There was a day I couldn't swim.
I drowned a while, my hope was slim.
At football games as I recall
I drowned one day in early Fall.

My tears are hidden in the sea,
mistakes I made were constantly.
Not being more than how I seem,
The day I died it killed a dream.

I've loved you on the beach down here,
It's Hollywood, in Floridear.
From Canada come all the lame
To live part of my sunshine game.

As seagulls dipped, I saw a girl
her name I cannot breath nor slur,
an rv killed her in her head,
she looks out windows like she's dead.

Now I must cry for her again,
And then I'll cry for you, my friend.
if life has anything to lose,
I'll lose it twice, so what's the use?

The Sieve of Time

The Sieve of Time

Cast ashore,
along the banks of time,

whirling through the passing years,
clinging to my futile scribbles set in rhyme,

Cast ashore,
thrust into an unrehearsed pantomime,

clenching slivers of joy as weariness descends,
lulled into a peaceful slumber exhilaratingly sublime.

Cast ashore,
hazily adrift, a dandelion seed on the wings of time,

trapped in the sieve of spiralling memories,
caught between pristine bliss, and reeking slime.

Cast ashore,
flung aside for no discernible crime,

my human heart thuds with elusive hope,
though battered, bruised, and covered in grime,

I stagger ashore,

alone,

embracing each moment of detached, oblivious time.

Hollywood Beach Gulls

       HOLLYWOOD BEACH GULLS
Regrettably the sun was setting low
on wings of gulls all red and fiery eyed
they plucked the popcorn from our waiting hand
as if we had a dream to give to them
or sang a song they might have understood.

There in their shrilled descent they had such grace
my heart lept to an all time vibrant shrill
and wondered just how far their wings could fly
if only words of love could let us soar.

But words of love are only past regrets
of humping on the beach for me and you
after the gulls have found their nesting place
and making it on their own. Will I die
another death without the touch of you?

That bastard seagull. Wasn't he the shame
of Hollywood Beach that sunny afternoon
we met and we made love for real?
Not in St Johns
where I lived a mile from you
But in Hollywood Beach
where a drunk can be a drunk
but in goodf company
But we were just too drunk to remember,
like everyone else on the beach
all of us down from the great St Johns Blizzard,
doing what Canadians do best
staying drunk long enough to forget it all
when we got back home.
But in St Johns, we had the bitter cold as an excuse
for being drunk all of the time.

On Hollywood Beach, the gulls all knew
We didn't need an excuse,
we just did it.

Come back please

Your chapped lips against mine made me think back to our grape soda stained freshmen days after school when we thought nobody was looking.

You would look at me out of the corner of your eyes, and that sly smile that edged your face told me everything I ever needed to know.

Except how to deal with the pain and loss I felt after your death.

That eternal absence that all of a sudden turned high school into a mausoleum.

Your locker assigned to a girl with two brown braids on the side of her head, and braces so thick you couldn't see her teeth end.
Nothing was the same, yet nothing was different.

I walked down halls that hummed with a constant energy.

That energy that used to get me through the day is now a nagging reminder that when I get home, there will be no automatic phone call straight to my voice mail from you checking to see that I was okay.

There will be nothing.

And I would rather have chaos than a numb, grey, all-consuming, nothing.

I miss you, it's true.

But more so... I long for you.

Port of Call

Port of Call

Barefoot on a talcum beach,

alone, not lonely,

with the breath of the ocean a caressing balm,
soothing pained memories away,
to the swaying of a solitary palm.

Barefoot on a talcum beach,

alone, not lonely,

feeling the brushing away of all past turmoil,
on a quest for solace, ever so hard to find,
yet comforted by the crashing of the waves,
as the tide cleanses all pain,
and leaves despair far, far behind.

Barefoot on a talcum beach,

alone, not lonely,

drenched in a sea-breeze of mist,
that hushes the ache of bygone moons,
tasting the salty tang on my lips,
as the burnished sun,
over the distant horizon,
swoons,

and dips.

Barefoot on a talcum beach,

alone, not lonely,

searching, ever searching,
for a slice of solitude,
as memory bids a final adieu,
reaching under the sea so vast,
and seeking comfort in the depths,
while embracing,
the tomorrows to come,
wishing that they be true.

Barefoot on a talcum beach,

alone, not lonely,

seeing my truths drown,
as they slip beneath the turquoise waters,

feeling my heart ablaze,
with a passion that rarely falters.

Barefoot on a talcum beach,

alone, not lonely,

yet knowing that I am home at long last,
wishing the waves would wash away,
the defences that once stood,
like an impregnable wall.

Barefoot on a talcum beach,

alone, not lonely,

I have found, at long last,

my final port of call.

FREE CEE dedicated to a lady who in Vienna we were poetry

i found her on a beach in belize
if you please
just sunning herself and taking in the sights and sounds of the gulls
watching ships past by with steady courses set and sturdy hulls
the sun dripped from her shimmer
as i sat blinded by her glimmer
she showed me what was beyond the shore
and so much more
she pointed to the horizon where blue meets the darkness at night
there she sat contemplating mankind's possible destruction and plight
her beauty shone like the sun i tried to hide my eyes from viewing
and being beautiful is all she was doing
and in so doing telling a story that was a warning to all
telling humanity to answer her fervent call
all she wanted was to lay on the beach unafraid of what was to arrive
if all of us didn't get together and learn to mutually survive
no waste to last for a million or more years
no more wars born out by tepid tears
no destroying the balance of nature of which she was too aware
as she sat by her father Neptune's lair
her mother shone as did the daughter i speak of
born from a family of peace, tranquility and of course love
so as the gulls flew by
and their chicks learned to fly
i continued to watch the ships past by sturdy and strong
and no one can convince me that her assertion was wrong
for most assuredly this was no ordinary girl
because this beauty was born of an oyster and her name was pearl

A LITTLE GIRL'S VIEW

I was going on a vacation with my family one day,
We thought we would head down Louisiana way.

It was great being with my wife and daughter,
Until I saw a black bird coming out of the water.

It struggled to get to the beach we were on,
When we looked again, it seemed to be gone.

But it was there, floundering on the beach,
Along with the fish, shrimp, and other birds just out of reach.

All of them were strewn on the beach so far,
Each was deathly sick, and blackened like tar.

The sand which I knew should have been pristine,
But the vision we saw was a totally different thing.

The waves that approached were black with goo,
Carrying more dead and dying creatures too.

"Can't we help them, Daddy?", my little girl said,
"Not now, dear, as most of them will be dead"!

"But why are they dying?", she said to me,
How could I explain about the oil from BP?

"There was an accident from an oil company's rig", said I,
My little girl looked at the animals and began to cry.

I tried to explain that man uses so much oil,
He has to drill in the earth, sometimes in underwater soil.

"Well then we need to stop it if the animals die!"
"I know", I said, "We just haven't tried".

"I will try harder to not use oil", she said,
"Especially if so many pretty creatures will end up dead!"

I held her close and wiped her tears,
Knowing full well that she was wise beyond her years.

"I'll try too", I said to her,
Not wanting to see this again occur.

So I've made a pact with myself to be,
Less OIL dependent so that others may see.

If I have to walk a little more than so be it,
It's better than having to watch the death of an Egret.

Pehaps we could all take a stance,
And with Big Oil, not take the chance.

For anytime man's greedy hand gets into the mix,
Then the environment is always in for a fix.

But we can change, adapt, and try to help out,
By being less dependent of Big Oil's clout.

We had to come home early because of the spill,
Like most people, we tasted that bitter pill.

So now on a crusade with my daughter I will go,
Trying hard to advise others and put them in the know.

Especially of what I have seen thru my little girl's eyes,
Those sickening deaths under clear blue skies.

I will do my best to get others to stop in their oily run,
Not only from BP, but Shell, Citgo, Marathon, and Exxon!

BURY ME WITH HER BRIEF BLUE BIKINI

Steal me away to quaint St. Tropez
Where the beach beckons as does the sun
Take me away to Turquoise waters
Transport me to where my death can be done

I’ve grown weary of teary eyes
And all the heartbreak that aches a jaded soul
I’ve seen too many children in raggedy clothes
Miniature hands held out in hope
With too many years determined by denial
Each morn torn from the pages of pain
Each twilight a test on how to get through until the morrow
Midst sorrow and bellies too distended
And children to pretend that there isn’t only darkness
That somehow, somewhere, the sun gets in
I’m telling you man, it’s a god forsaken sin
And I’ve seen too much of it
Starving Children and sin
no matter where i've been
It’s all too much to see
It’s all too much for me

So bring me to the beach my sweet
And let the last thing I see be you
Wearing a brief bikini and a mile wide smile

free cee I SUPPOSE SOME NEVER SO IT IS NOT THEIR'S TO LOSE

I SUPPOSE SOME NEVER FIND IT SO IT’S NOT THEIRS TO LOSE

I was serenely secluded on a burnt sienna sandy beach situated somewhere between Heaven and my head
There were no rude intruders to induce insanity into the solitude to which I became wed
Married to the marvel of quietude
With gratitude
And a gracious bow to the host of a silence I’d been searching for everywhere
Only then did I come to terms with the fact that for many of the masses solitude is anywhere
They can silence the storms that threaten an otherwise cloudless day
They can mute out the madness and hold lightening and ludicrous lunacy at bay
While it took me years to find a kind of peace only I would be privy to
Breathing easy and resting under a roof of royal blue
The beach was precisely what I’d dreamed it would be when I was privileged to dream
On one side was the pacifist pacific ocean the other was the stillness of a stream
With willows all willowy and green
A place pristine
Pines that stood proud
But along came a lying, manipulating, and oh so sexy perpetual cloud
And that’s when I heard the beach’s peace cease

FREE CEE a burnt sienna beach beckons out of reach

A BURNT SIENNA BEACH BECKONS OUT OF REACH

She softened the surf near a secluded isle during a summer sequestered by her smile
And she wore a smile all the while
With an ambiance of ambitious style

She reduced the roar at the shore and seduced a beach besmirched by her beauty
While waves accepted the woman’s wish for quietude as their duty

And so the waves would silently cease what had been disturbing the peace and piety of a pleasant afternoon with a woman lovelier than any day the weather could ever create

She was gracefulness that was never abandoned nor to abate
With exponential exquisiteness for excitement to endow
Beauty before whom any beau was benevolently bequeathed to bow
And bow did they indeed
With her loveliness taking the lead
And I to plead for only one nocturnal need
That I might one night lie next to or upon a pleasure trove of ample and amplified magnificence
A body born of beauty’s benevolence
This was one so fair
The one with silver hair
The lady with an agreement of aggrandizement to breach

The beauty who begot belligerence for her beau on a sienna brown and now blatantly blemished beach
So sorrowful would that beau be

And that misbegotten man would happen to be me
I was the beau laid low and forced forever to take my catatonic heart and go

Lest that I could ever fly

I to not defy her final goodbye

A farewell to that which has now become so wretchedly out of reach
Oh woe should go to the blasphemous b*tch and that now blackened the beach

FREE CEE the san sabastian sun

     THE SAN sebastion SUN

It was on a beach somewhere in San Sebastian
When the sun sought supremacy over the sky
Storm clouds didn’t stand a chance
And, per chance, we came to realize
That the same thing that keeps lovers together
Is often the same thing that set them apart
A smile that beguiles
A wink that makes one think
And an answer that wasn’t born of a question
But rather from a solution
That sunny day was absolute absolution
Forgiveness for acts of actuality
Nurtured by neutrality
And the frailties of forevermore
That day was fate’s front door
A porch with a torch burning bright
A front yard with yards and yards of yellow roses
And tulips that tipped into the wind
It was love that reality could never rescind
Nor could it redact a fact of fantasy

She held out her hand
And asked if she had ever told me how much she loved me
I asked if she still felt that way
She responded firmly with “forever”

It was on a beach in San Sebastian
When the sun was sequestered by the darkness
We both came to realize that what keeps lovers together
Is often the same as what sets them apart
Two hearts that knew they were one from the start
And that is when I began to believe that she and I would never part
I wonder………………….

On The Beach Watching The Waves

On the Beach Watching the Waves and....

I was sitting on the beach watching the waves
thinking of all the lives I've saved
my job is a thrill ; my job is hard
but I adore it, 'cause I'm a lifeguard
at times my mind drifts along with the waves
into a leisurely daydream some of the days
but then, I awaken to reality when I hear a scream
so I jump into the water to save yet another
Good thing I did ! 'Cause it was my mother!

Dangerous Spirits

Fly, beyond heaven.
Dangerous Breathing, breathless sky.
I live for successfully, eat more.
Designate Yamaha, I breath
Solid-Flow
I break bricks, solid emotion, live in the sea
Because when we fly, we live to the heart.
