A season's dance

avant-garde

What art thou, splendid maid, inclined to verse?
Upon the skies, the stars thy words rehearse.

The darkness cometh with a Fall's request
while in thy kitchen, Gail, should do your best;

for spicy tastes the famous bard now begs
but you regaled his pleas with two boiled eggs.

The Eros Iamb feet, sung by the sire,
repeated are by stray cats' alto choire.

while resonant, of music flaws he shuns,
cats meow at him, from two deep tin trash cans.

Your bucket-full of water then, is thrown,
to fall upon his head and new iphone.

Enchanted so, thou callest the fine bard,
to dance with you Fall's jazzy avant-garde.

My Fair Maiden

I called upon yonder window That was up to high for me to be For my maiden gracefully sleeps there In her bed, beside the sea I asked her to come hither For her beautiful face I yearned to see Twas yawning in the morning dew As she slowly came to the window for me To my amazement came forth a ragged wench Whos hair was as raged as the sea With eyes that were burnt as nightposts To bloodshot and squinty to even see For this was not my fair maiden? Whos beauty would forever be But a drunken harlot who came hither That she spent the night with instead of me My heart now broken to pieces Wondering how could this tragedy be? For my maiden now sleeps with a harlot? Without the love that she once gave to me? My mind was now enraged So I dashed for the wrestling sea With thoughts of drowning this useless body That's no longer good enough for my maiden to see With water just over waist height And a large wave about to crash over me I heard a calling from yonder window Twas my beautiful maiden as I turned to see Her beautiful eyes in such distress Her beautiful hair flowing so care free Twas the beauty of my fair maiden That I had called upon yonder window to see For the thoughts that raced through my mind Evidently, weren't truely what happend to be For it was her promiscuous sister Who had come from the other side of the sea My heart now rebuilt with a sigh of love A large wave suddenly crashes over me The last thing I saw was my fair maiden As my lifeless body is carried out by the sea

Pillow Talk Abuse - Andrea Dietrich

PILLOW TALK ABUSE (collaboration)

by~ Andrea Dietrich

Again you’re droning on and on and on.
Yada, yada, yada, yada, yada.
My time for beauty sleep will soon be gone.
Why can’t you close your eyes?
You know you oughta.
Just press those lips together tight and zip!
My lids are getting heavy as you talk.
So now I offer you this little tip.
Why don’t you go outside and take a walk?
The clear night air might open up your mind.
Before you kill the bush you’re beating round.
You’re killing ME; I hate to be unkind,
But when I start to doze, I hear that sound . . .
Yakety, yakety, yakety, yakety, yak. . .
Please shut your trap.
We’ve long since hit the sack!

by~ Poet Destroyer

Congratulations for thinking your work is done.
You may be tired but you’re not the only one.
I sure hope you like spending your time all alone
All the young ones are grown and away from home.
So, I have no choice to yap yap yap' when you're around.
But, I do this to annoy, before my other annoying snoring sound.
Ever since I remember the beauty line is to late.
Don't forget my yapping mouth is what brings dinner to your plate?
But think of the funny way you want me to zip my lips tight.
My yakety yak is what gets me going through the night.
Retire your eyes else where, if you can't hear me out!
Wouldn't you rather me beat the bush, than to hear me shout.
Your ungrateful ways are like a sleeping pill.
Talking to you is like talking to a wall~ " oh! What a thrill!"
Maybe if you say a word or two, your mouth would put me to sleep
So my dear, talking to you is better than counting sheep.

Four frogs on a log

Four Frogs On A Log.

Four frogs were lazing in the sun
When a log came floating by.
So the frogs all scrambled on to it
With happy little cries.
Not one of them had sailed before
And it was so much fun
But then it was, the big debate begun.

One frog said "Ain't that something
This log is so alive.
It moves along so easily
Now don't you think, you guys?".
"It's not the log that moves you twerp!!"
Said another thinking frog.
It be the river moving, not the log!!

"Oh no, no ,no" a third frog said
The both of you be wrong
It's not the log, the river neither
It's your mind that moves along.
The moving be your thinking
Without it nothing be.
And those three did get to arguing
And never did agree.

The fourth frog said "you all be right
Not one of you be wrong.
The log it moves, the river moves
And the mind moves it along".
At that the other three got mad
For each did yearn to win.
So they grabbed that wise old frog and threw him in.

Ridiculous Me

Watch this scene with both eyes and try not to blink C: -->

I stood there... silently
Like a predator near prey
I sneak behind YOU

You weren't even aware of it!! Ha-ha!

I made YOU jump hIgH
Like a startled hare
I chuckle and smile

You know that mischievous smile of mine?

Your reaction was
PRICELESS - you were so upset
But YOU forgave me

Well...I'm flattered. . .

We laugh'd together (just like the good times)
In a chorus - our volume
Picked up extreme sound

Believe me - I could hear our laughter from a mile away!

But I'm glad I did
My best to make you giggle

Ridiculous me...
Wouldn't you agree?

Clara

 .
                       Clara, my beloved guitar player
Beauty was the mystery of her
Wonderment of her eye husked with passion
Dread of a lifetime intonation cleft a glimpse of perfection
She clipped the string as I nod within that melody
Her pure slimy fingers trimmed the guitar's abnormality
She plough the strings while I was clouded with suspense
She broke her hip after shunning the guitar’s defiance
Hours later, I admit, this beauty was a coincidence

Self PORTRAIT

I will start with using my hand as a guide
And in the end I will open my eyes that I will decide

I consider to do this with one thing in mind
I will close my eyes and will imagine it blind
With no colors or fractionation of the light
Just plain me and a vision with my hand as my sight

My hair is very coarse and some what fine
What I just described is so benign
I twirl my hair and make it bend
And I will say its very clean not oily on the ends

As I press on my forehead I simply feel a distinct part
I notice from hair to skin it is very different from the start
The simple partings from hair not like skin
I am going to feel with my other hand and begin

The smoothness of my skin like years of water eroding a rough rock surface smooth
Not just that my skin is like home to years of stories like scars and attitude
And when I raise my eyebrows the wrinkles it makes is more so for expression
I did not notice it with certain ideas, thoughts, and emotions

I run my hands down to my eyelids I feel movement of my eyes trying to peek
Eyelids that I have, vibrates with some kind of fear, Why?, that I will seek
Just now as I thought about it a sensation ran through my brain
My eyes is the world to me and that is true and not insane

Myself portrait of me is through my touch for now
But to finish it I will have to open my eyes soon and how
I been in a trance full of so many ideas just with my eyes closed
I run my hand on my nose and lips and I smile who could apposed

The feelings in the tip of my fingers rub on my chin and jaw with care
I do notice roughness of unshaved velcro gripping hair
I skip my ears so I will sneak a feel with my fingers I chose
I notice it is like my nose with cartilage, so I don't suppose

I will now open my eyes that I will use a mirror to see myself
My head is oval shape and my neck is like a stump, please help
My skin is very tan and my eyes are brown with my eyes I see
With all the description with my hands, one sure thing is the same and key

It is the description of measurements that is what my hands and eyes can see me
With a smile I am looking into the mirror and I can describe that I am happy
Myself portrait of me is such a way to get to know myself once more
I will never think it was a waste of time or a bore

The Vent

im livin in a world, where all eyes on me.
trying to curve my own route.
but route 66 keeps finding its way to me.
ive been plenty sick, in all the events layed before me.
even when i reflect to my lowest points
i dont regret any of the choices
That I’ve deployed in my era
A lot of it by error, but hey
We live in hell conditions and there ain’t no air condition
Or any guidelines when life throws you in the sidelines
But when hindsight twenty twenty hits
You’ll begin to understand life’s a bunch of equations and you in the mix of it
An you’ll have to think twice, before running into a situation and becoming the best of it
Situations
it’s what got me here, it’s what got us here
Ran with my thoughts blazing up to her place and
Guess what happened next
She opened up heaven’s gate
And just before late I slipped out
Simply put
I’m a Grown ass man
Doin his thing, waitin to blow up like an old land mine
In doin what he drools over
But time after time
Something decides to creep up and cover the light
Lost my way
Then I revoked to ever know, I ever thought that way
But in the in between time, that in the mean time
Spent a lot of time
Gettin pissed off just to medicate and lift off
Don’t need Don Perion to sip off
Already had my way with the bottle
Even thought to get back with the trouble and rejoin the hustle
That’s just what happens to a man who really knows his old ways
Whos tired of making ends meet and ponders getting back to the streets.
Memory sets in and he remembers an O.G. saying
No matter how tall your pockets stand when you ball
Eventually times gonna make you fall
Fall
And I as I pull myself together
I don’t wanna end up like the twin towers rubble
I mean no offence to nine eleven but at that time I probably could have used a reverend
But all that’s irrelevant now
because i live with a different perspective now

there you go you made it to the end :-) comment if you like, constructive criticism wanted as well.

who says

I wouldn't wanna be anybody else, hey
You made me insecure, to me I wasn't good enough
But who are you to judge When you're a diamond in the rough
I'm sure you got some things You'd like to change about yourself
But when it comes to me I wouldn't want to be anybody else
I'm no beauty queen, I'm just beautiful me You got every right to a beautiful life,
come on
Who says, who says you're not perfect
Who says you're not worth it
Who says you're the only one that's hurting
Trust me that's the price of beauty Who says you're not pretty Who says you're not beautiful, who says?
It's such a funny thing How nothing's funny when it's you
You tell 'em what you mean But they keep whitin' out the the truth
It's like the work of art That never get to see the light Keep you beneath the stars Won't let you touch the sky
I'm no beauty queen, I'm just beautiful me You got every right to a beautiful life,
 come on
Who says, who says you're not perfect
Who says you're not worth it
Who says you're the only one that's hurting
Trust me that's the price of beauty
Who says you're not pretty
Who says you're not beautiful, who says?
Who says you're not star potential Who says you're not presidential Who says you can't be in movies Listen to me, listen to me
Who says you don't pass the test
Who says you can't be the best Who said, who said?
Would you tell me who said that, yeah Who said
Who says, who says you're not perfect
Who says you're not worth it
Who says you're the only one that's hurting
Trust me that's the price of beauty
Who says you're not pretty
Who says you're not beautiful, who says?
 Who says you're not perfect
Who says you're not worth it
Who says you're the only one that's hurting
Trust me that's the price of beauty Who says you're not pretty Who says you're not beautiful, who says

My True Beauty

Eyes brown
Knowing intelligent
Brunette hair
Following behind
As you run
Gentle loving
Enjoying others

Legs and hips
Most beautiful
I've seen
Torso
Michaelangelo
Could sculpt

You turn around
Well shaped rear
Tail swishing

To flick
Away the
Flies

An Ellice Island - In search of KindRed Soul

Long miles of tedious journey,
Missing my darling honey.
Travelling impatiently, spend thousands of
money,
Hope god will bless me with ma lucky soul
at this season.

Equatorial island exploring its amazed
beauty, glittering with immersed grasses.
Wrapped by queens necklaced small lake
aside, at the outskirts of dalhousie.
My heart dwelled into its god gifted
creativity,
When the night lime lighted,
Millions of stars scattered around
charming moon.
As if its was a wondering boon.
Lucky enough for landing with my next
hop.

Eagerly waiting for my heart chaser,
Girl passed near by, few seconds later.
Flaming beauty mould my soul.
Topped with innocence, ready for my
auspicious goal.
Her chic appearance,
Her innocent appeal.
Strucking heart raised with high beats..
Awaited for our romantic date in ma
upcoming meet.

Frequency of our nature matched.
Stolen Eyes of each other were catched.
Strings of our heart whistled
synchronously.
Everything had happened miraclelously.
I rebelled the three precious words of
romantic dictionary.
Accepting my red rose, She blushed.

At event of recreation, campfire were
ignited.
Nobody around us, private moments
between we two spotlighted.
Playing guitar, she sinked with every beat,
That's the coincidence our eyes again
meet.
Hand in hand danced with the soothing
romantic theme,
Sparkling smile on her face beamed.
Getting closer to her, because of her
fragranced cream.
Expecting the light around us to be dim.

The romantic moment again came,
Flaps of my soul opened for the grand
dame.
She looked too pretty in her gold lame
dress,
My heart awarded her an order of chivalry.
Don't know who are you, but baby you are
the one, I am in love.
You live in me, You are my love
I feel you in my heart,
You are my world, I just cant stay apart!

Please don't hesitate, please don't lie,
Whatever you feel, my heart can buy!
Angel of life, Its just you.
Completeness in life can't be without you.

Wanna Carry journey happily together.
Tickling nose, Queenly beauty of my white
leather.
Hold my senses, its caught by you.
Don't let be just memories, wanna feel
ecstasy of love towards you forever.
Promising to hold your hand throughout
life in this lovely weather.

Will be your shadow, because your pain
will be mine.
Its destiny that our heart clicked a
snapshot of each other's soul.
Stopping by my question, Will you marry
me, my Kindred Soul?

The Bard Conclusion

Then Keith snapped his fingers and spoke a mystical chant,
“Grant us the powers to finish off the one that all others can’t”
There came a sound of a moaning wind and a low and rolling groan,
Then the ghost of dear sweet Barbara Ann came before the throne.
“Who has called my visage forth and brought me to this place?”
They were all transfixed by her charms and by the beauty of the specter’s face.
“Spirit we have called you here to accomplish something that we can’t,
I’m Keith the conjurer and we have someone that we need you to enchant.”
“If I do this thing for you there’s something that you must do for me,
I can rid you of this fool but there’s no way that I’m doing it for free.”
The King agreed “Any payment that you require will be laid out at your feet,
Because I know that your spectral beauty will be impossible to defeat.”
“Then I shall go about this task where doth the fool reside?”
King Eric told her that the dungeon is where they tossed his hide.
“Then leave this fool to my methods and let none of you come near,
Stay away from the castle dungeon no matter what sounds you’ll hear.”
The spectral figure of Barbara Ann promised that in two night’s time,
They would be well rid of this fool and in a way that would probably rhyme.
And as it is with spectral figures Barbara Ann held fast to her word,
Two days hence and the fool was gone and though it might sound to you absurd,
All of the riches that she required to the fool she asked that they be paid,
For the weekend that she spent with the fool she should never seek to trade.
And what of the fool who paid the price By being hoisted upon his own petard?
It seems that he is no longer a fool, Instead he’s now become a bard.
The lesson that I offer to you is that when you make a plan fool proof,
Never underestimate the ingenuity of fools, Lest they steal treasures from beneath your roof.

Pricked

Your love pricks me like a rose each thorn grows but no one knows Your so full of
it as it shows so carry on now go on, go. I'm fed up with the phony and i'm
through with the tears, you couldn't pay me all your money to make up for those
years. Someone help me I feel faint how could I think he was such a saint and
worst of all I let me fall into a spiral down below. A magic called love carried
by the dove of someone I use to know.

Lisa Maree

Dedicated to my darling daughter. Lisa Maree, the kindest girl in the world

Lisa Maree

Lisa Maree, you baffle me
You just don’t seem to care
You throw your money all around
And people who won’t share
Will try to take you for a ride
And you can’t always see
What some folk try to do to you
You’ve too much trust in thee.

Lisa Maree, it’s plain to see
That you’re a special girl
Though sometimes you go off on one
And mind goes in a whirl
Your heart is gold, pure solid gold
You’re as soft as heated honey
You have a sense of humor too
You even think 'you’re' funny.

Some might find you hard to take
These fickle kinds of folk
Will run you down for being you
And treat you like a joke
But fickle folk don’t mean a thing
You’re far above the rest
When you are helping someone out
That’s when you’re at your best.

The Broken Girl-not me

Is my life not tortured enough for you to see?
I am broken as can be.
My heart is torn.
My tears stain these perfect floors.
Why are singing with glee?
Why do you not care about my every plea?
I am trapped in your arms.
I am the hopeless moth.
How did you pick me?
What is it that you see?
A girl untouched by life?
A flower blooming in the desert?
I have said goodbye to my loving integrity.
You took that from me through R-A-P-E.

A Cat loved a Parakeet

A cat loved a parakeet,
It would always keep looking for her around the neighborhood,
Just to catch a glimpse of the cute parakeet,
When the parakeet will sit for a little while on the Guava Tree,
The cat would leave everything else and unabashedly look at the parakeet,
She took no notice of this at first,
Then on a beautiful wintery day, she noticed the love-struck cat,
Their eyes met,
It was Pure Magic!
She loved the color of the cat’s eyes,
It was a deep shade of dark brown,
In sharp contrast to the deep blue eyes that she had,
The cat's eyes said a lot of things to her, which only she could understand,
Their silent love went on for days,
They kept looking at each other for hours and hours and hours together,
Then months passed till one day the cat mustered some courage,
Walking in a trance, it tip-toed towards the Guava Tree,
The cute parakeet laughed and giggled a little,
Seeing the Romeo take charge,
She flew down from a higher branch to a lower one to cutely say ‘Bravo’,
The cat now swelling with great pride climbed atop the the Guava tree with some difficulty,
They embraced, hugged each other and had a feeling of Divine Love!
Yesterday evening, while it was raining, they finally got married,
The squirrel was the best man in their wedding,
All the animals and birds of the neighbourhood wished the newly weds their best of wishes,
They happily live now in the good old Guava Tree.

Luton to the Cotswalds

London , holds all its stories of old
Tea time all day , tea with a cozy
Tea time held proper at 4pm.
Everyone stops , everyone awaits a pot.

Earl Grey to PG Tips
Milk served with biscuits
tiny tea sandwiches
with cucumbers and cream cheese

From Luton to " the Cotwalds "
Always the same theme

The different dialects are not important to us
We are fascinated by all the difference
We love the Beatles , and your red Bus.

what part of London you are from
It really means nothing to the Yanks .

The East , to The south , The Northern , or West end
The fish and chips are delicious served in paper with Vinegar
Neapolitans with high tea , fresh cream , we Love Great Britain.

AFRAID OF A MIRROR

Afraid of a mirror
that daunts you with horror?
What's your fear
of not looking
and admitting
you have a funny ear?

Fretted to look into a mirror
that won't suggest
the word " Beauty? "
I anticipate your anger
and unpleasant words that
won't change reality!

Afraid of a mirror
that hangs on your bathroom wall?
Make believe it's a crystal ball...
don't create useless terror!

Not everyone is
born beautiful and healthy
and has a perfect body...
why blame it on your genes?
Be beautiful in your own way,
enjoy your spotlight and shine today!

A Real Keeper

... dedicated to my devlish 10 year old grandson!

There's only one way to describe me
Can't wipe off this silly ole grin
A ravishing beauty I've turned out to be
With such gorgeous baby soft skin

With a face of unmatched perfection
Like Clooney and Pitt into one
Movie star stuff, there's really no doubt
Pure awesomeness second to none

It may seem a trifle bit pompous of me
But I'm such a ravishing hunk
Sorry but I can't even stand it myself
Pay no attention to the tabloid junk

I try to lead this exemplary life
In spite of this girlie adoration
A lesser person would certainly succumb
Causing a large brain inflation

Inside I'm really quite a nice young lad
You just need to delve a bit deeper
My surface beauty will surely distract you
But most say I'm a real keeper!

AM ALIVE NOT DEAD

Crazy how when one problem is solved,
Another one arises,
When one thing is lost,
we find another one,
When we give up
someone else moves up,
When we think its the end of the road,
the journey has just began.

Crazy how when one stops hurting,
worry wants to take over,
When we are down and crushed to dust,
freedom calls, wanting to sweep you away like the wind.
Crazy how when i cry,
I realize am normal,
I have emotions and tears.

Funny how When my life is out of control,
When am broken and hurt,
Scared, thinking that this crazy world,
Is going to bring me down,
i find a reason to smile
I realize AM ALIVE NOT DEAD.

TRUE BLUE OF THE DEEP

....simply beautiful... it is of beauty to simply write such love letters of poetry, letters joining hands within a sky of words setting a background, upon the "Sea", setting sail.. within a wordsong, as playing winds, just swirl around beautifully of air, that blows a kiss to an angeled choir to sing in perfect key, life, the spice, the scented beauty of a rose in full bloom, the scented beauty of a heart beat, beating in time, with rhyme being so kind hearted and true blue of the deep.

The Stripper

As stripper I wasn’t too proud
A part of my life still in shroud
What gutter’s about
If e’er I had doubt
Put it on came shout from the crowd

NO MORE TEARS

The world is a perplexing place
So much beauty and so much evil all tied into one
I started having fun when I was way too young
I’ve walked down both sides of the tracks
The adrenaline rush was like smoking crack
Being naive and carefree I thought I was living the ideal life
By the time I was fifteen I had experienced it all
Sometimes I managed to pull myself up
However temptation was too great, despite knowing the toll
I felt like I had lost my soul
I didn’t realize I was just being used and abused
I used to think I was being cool, but now I realize I was surrounded by a bunch of dumb
ass fools
People I thought were my friends all did me wrong in the end
I put my trust into the wrong hands and then one day reality struck
I found myself stuck
I learned the hard way
I literally found myself fighting for my life and ended up being taught the strength
The strength I had within myself all of these days
I refuse to live in fear
That’s when I decided to change my ways
I was forced to grow up way to young
My life had been like one disastrous play
I took back control in every plausible way
I could no longer kick and scream
For I was done living in this catastrophic dream
It was my fight to fight and it was all up to me
There are no magic pills, no quick fixes
Only I could choose to remain a victim
I get upset if anyone takes pity, even though a few years were extremely gritty
I found my inner strength on my own, even when the stress makes me feel like I am about to
drown
Like a erasing the scarlet letter I shall no longer where that frown
I chose to let myself be free
Knowing I am the only one who holds the key
The key to unlock and release myself from the pain
Now everyday is like a surprise
I see the world through a fresh pair of eyes
I take advantage of that as much as I can
I try to look for the beauty and pureness everywhere I turn
I would not let myself be tainted from the past
Life passes by so fast
Forget the scary things I have done, for in a moment you can be gone
Take that leap of faith and wear a smile upon your face

What Makes You Happy

What makes you happy?
Is it the stars at night?
The sound of the chirping birds?
Or is it because you received a blessing?

Are you happy because your chicken already laid its first egg?
Or because you've been enrolled to a school?
Is it because you've been rewarded a new pair of slippers?
Or because you got what you wanted from the mall?

Are you happy because your mom allowed you to have an ice cream?
Or maybe because your dad brought you to Disneyland?
Is it because life taught you a new game today?
Or because you enjoy some game on your iPod?

Are you happy because you've perfected the taste of your coffee?
Is that grin because of a bet you've won?
So why? Tell me
Is it the fact that there's still fresh air that you're breathing?

Is it because you just finished a novel?
Or because you've composed a song yourself?
Are you glad that you've designed a perfect house for you?
Or because you gave yourself a car?

Are you smiling because of your high grades?
Is it because you made a new friend today?
Do you feel great for having an awesome pet?
Or is it because your family loves you so?

Why are your dimples showing off?
Is it because you feel God's presence?
Or is it because you can now smell justice ahead of you?
Is that what makes you happy?

So what exactly makes you happy?
Who created that rainbow in your eyes?
Are you happy because you feel it?
Or are you just happy because you say so?

The Iowan Walk

"In a land full of corn, you've got to just laugh a little."

The gravel flies out from beneath,
The hicks smile with half their teeth.
The corn grows,
The horses have shows.
Flat paths and lanes lead,
All starting with the soil for the seed.

As country plays on the station,
Under God is our Nation,
Playing close with friendly people,
BINGO tonight or riding the bull.
Views on the Mississippi river,
During the winter we all start to shiver.
Living in a reality world,
The doors are slim but few are curled.

For it's Iowa the seasons come,
The bottles are opened with whisky and rum,
Talk is everywhere about our city,
here there are plenty deer to hit in pity.

Tractors fly in style,
Come visit and you may stay awhile.
For there's casinos and bars to see,
A castle called Jumers; grab a key.
Viewing beauty from the peer,
The beauty found in every mirror.
The MidWest lives fine,
It opens up glory in one to shine.

The traffic flowss through each town,
On the way through going up and down.
The hills with cows astray,
The nights over; back to the day.
The city people leave for work,
Sending off messages as each is a perk,
Neves lending a need to be,
Opening new things to see.

For it's Iowa the grass grows green,
The people are friendly; not too mean.
The glory of the state is here,
The glory is very near.
Talk and walk the Iowan way,
Come visity and maybe you'll stay!

Run the Extra Mile

It was an awesome therapy session today
I got a kick outtah your clever puns – you always make me smile
You made my day, good sir – you definitely made my day
I gottah run and finish some tasks– you always motivate me to run the extra mile

You are so sincere and sympathetic…
You are reliable and I am kindah pathetic…
Our conversations are absolutely therapeutic
You are compassionate and openhearted…
On the other hand, I am irresponsible and complicated

It was a somewhat stressful day, but at least I finished my test
I must admit – you made me laugh and made me feel a lot better than before
You brighten up my day, man! – You always encourage me to try my best
I gottah type up a poem or two – you always listen to me…you give me options and more

Beauty shop

There is something I notice about women
That has me quite amuse
And the more I think about it
I am becoming more and more confuse

While walking down the street yesterday
In front a beauty saloon I stop
And when I take a look inside the window
I could have swore it was auto body shop

They were completely repairing a woman
From her head to her toes
I couldn’t believe what I was seeing
As my curiosity begin to grows

I see a lady working on her hair
Adding waives the colors of the rainbows
While one doing her fake nails
And another guy working magic on he toes

The eyes lashes was already glue in
and the blue contacts was done install
And when a Botox needle went in her face
You know the women didn’t even bawl

Then a girl come by her lips and blocks my view
So really couldn’t see what she was doing
But I know when the girl done and leave
Her lips look fat it was no longer thin

Then she talking of the work she had done
With silicone and implants everywhere
And she start telling of a bunch of other stuff
But a car blowing horn so I couldn’t really hear

Well in my life I’ve never seen
A woman takes so much pain
The thing that have me more worried
She makes an appointment for next week again

Now I checking all the things she had done
Fake nails, fake Lashes, fake lips, fake hair
Contacts, silicone, Botox fake top and behind
She looking like a new car walking out of there

But I must admit that she was looking nice
Face red and rosy like a ripe mango
And I could smell her perfume as she comes
Walking like she’s one of them super model

Then she stops out side and looks at me
Holding a bag of Chinese food in my hand
And said don’t even try it loser
A woman like me looking for a real men

when meeting beauty

When Meeting Beauty

I read the menu at the restaurant looked up and saw
a pair of brown leg stretching up to heaven and thought
this waitress is from Senegal, as all beautiful women are
born there, a poor country which God compensated by
given the people physical exquisiteness.
In my old man’s confusion I ordered goat chops which
was quite apt for my unbecoming thoughts.
When she served the food I looked demurely down
but did see her white teasing smile and saw her walk away
moving like a schooner on the high seas.
No, I’m not an improper dirty old man and didn’t make any
leering remarks, but it was a moment when I wished to
be young and be able to admire beauty openly and my
admiration would have been met with a smile....and perhaps
a chance of a warm embrace.

the painting

half asleep
half awake
I am looking
staring

at a an attractive
young women
on a print on my wall
of a famous painting

imagining the painter
Signor Leonardo
saying to Ms. Lisa
with a sensuous accent

come on
Monna
give me
a little smile

just a little more
a teeny bit more

aspetta

Her Tatoo

The mole that she is sporting there
On the breast that's partially bare
Proud to have the beauty mark
She got it one day on a lark
The needle stung but worth the price
Sure the boys would think it nice
The spot upon her chest you see
Natural beauty for a monetary fee

For the Mole contest...

A Real Keeper

There's only one way to describe me
Can't wipe off this silly big grin
A ravishing beauty I've turned out to be
With such gorgeous baby soft skin

With a face of unmatched perfection
Like rolling Clooney and Pitt into one
Movie star stuff, there's really no doubt
With a beauty that's second to none

It may seem a trifle pompous of me
Just because I'm a gorgeous hunk
Sorry but I can't even stand it myself
Pay no attention to the tabloid junk

I try to lead this exemplary life
In spite of this girlie adoration
A lesser person would certainly succumb
And surely cause expectoration

Inside I'm really quite a nice old guy
You just need to delve a bit deeper
My surface beauty will surely distract you
But most say I'm really a keeper

Is She the One...

As I watch her rhythmic movements, her beauty entrances me,
Never have I seen such magnificence, she’s as perfect as she can be;

When I saw her for the first time, she stopped me in my tracks,
And in her exquisitely flawless nature, I can see nothing that she lacks;

I have looked her up and down, she is irresistible in my eyes,
For all the other hopefuls out there, it’s time to say your goodbyes;

Her faultlessly cadenced beat, sends shivers up my spine,
And I can hardly wait for the day, when I can call her mine;

Is she the one for me, I know she is without a doubt,
And spending my time with her is what my life is all about;

She is charming and bewitching in every single way,
Her skin tone is amazing, the perfect dappled gray;

That’s right my perfect love is an Andalusian Mare,
And her everlasting beauty is beyond all compare!

I Made A Wish

I made a wish upon a
Falling star

“Hoping”

“Eagerly”

To make that one
Little wish

“In hoping”

My wish would prevail
Itself

To be true
And start the rain

“Or maybe snow”

And let me make it
To a Beauty salon

While I attempt to sing
Ain’t no sunshine when
He’s gone

“As”

The dogs howl at the
Moon.

“Or maybe”

My singing

“Lord”

My wish was not granted
For I still can’t sing

The dogs and cats seem

To appear disturb when I
Sing

They howl and meow

I wished upon a falling
Star

For a singing voice that
Would make me rich

“maybe a bit famous”

“Laugh”

So, that dream just
Blew away

Within the frosty winds

In the year of the rain

Washed away with the
High tide

I wished upon a falling
Star

Didn’t get my wish but

That beautiful little twinkling
Star

Was truly intriguing for the
Eye to see

“Thank God”

I went to a beauty salon

Got the works

Clean down to my toes

Ain’t that grand and I

And I feel brand new

Naked and Ashamed -Part 4-

Ooooooh.... Oooooh....OoooOooh...

Open up my pane and seep in my pain
I weeped too long without you
Open up my pane and let me hear the train
So we can learn to see where our train tracks lead...so you won't see us blue
Or stick to each other like wood glue

Ooooooh.... Oooooh....OoooOooh...

Just watch the beautiful skies
As the sunset descends below the hills,
I can feel your hands, shaking from the cold and the chills
I'll keep you warm
Just stay with me forevermore
So we can watch the birds soar
In the sun-drenched skies...
We'll never wave out goodbyes...
Just not yet...
So don't doubt and don't be upset
Or uptight, baby
Cause I'll hold you with passion and make you experience ecstasy
We'll be abiding next to sea...
Meanwhile, we'll live our normal lives and look forward to vacation time
When that time comes, I bet it would be absolutely sublime

Ooooooh.... Oooooh....OoooOooh...

Hey x3
You clothe me up...
What's up with you today?
I'm naked and ashamed
Turn the other way...
'Cause today is not the only day
I feel so damn afraid...
But hey x3
You make me feel whole
How was your day?
Hopefully the sky wasn't a shade of gray

Ooooooh.... Oooooh....OoooOooh...

I just wanted to say I love you so
I wanna see your sunlit, gracious glow...
Just so that you know...
You can cover up my nakedness
And replace it with happiness
You can cover up my shamefulness

Beauty Queen or Garden Gnome?

You say that you can picture me sitting in my chair.
What is it that you picture when you look from over there?
Do you envision beauty or an ugly, wrinkled hag?
Does my skin give off a glow or do my wrinkles sag?

It's strange to think you picture someone you've never seen.
I could be short and squatty or maybe tall and lean.
What is the face that's given to represent this poem?
Is it of a beauty queen or just a garden gnome?

Stanky Nation

Remember when Macklemore rapped about Thrift Shop? And all you guys thought Valu Village was the place to make a big cash drop. Well you know what? I'll tell you the honest truth: y'all are walking around in lulus with someone else's cum stains, ew!

You think it's cheap to buy a shirt for $7.99 but I'll go to Guess and get that fresh fit feel for double the dime -- shit, it's on sale. That Thrift Shop movement was just a marketing trend made to persuade you sheep to not consume quality threads and a classier attitude.

It's not what you wear that makes you who you are but your clothes show it well when you're acting like trash at the bar. I guess I'm just saying stop dressing down. Ladies look lovely and thrifty isn't that nifty. It's nasty, you're wearing other people's sex wrinkles and sweat stains. Think of all the illnesses you could gain.. Damn, that's an exaggeration but we don't need a stanky nation..

MY GIRLFRIEND SAYS THIS IS NICE, I SAY IT MAKES ME WANT TO PUKE

LANDING IN A ME AND YOU LAND

listen,~
I have this like conundrum,
A choice
and probably a problem with either one or one million complaints
As I curse the portrait this universe paints
With the blood of those in turbans atop
And no matter how loud I scream the world won’t stop
Cease
Surrender
nor accept and live with people who are willing to be tender
The world has always been a world of trouble for me
And if John Doe had problems they would double for me
Perhaps it’s because I seem vulnerable enough to ache from whatever the universe throws in my direction
unable to make any correction
nor connection
And watch the hills to tumble as mountains turn to mud and clay……
today

   YES YESTERDAY YELLS
Ah, but that was yesterday
Today God surveyed the universe as it is
             And always was
and shall always be
seeking beauty beholden to no one the Lord hath created creatively
It was most shapely in form
Far from the norm
Rich in royalty with a countenance divine
And now I see the universe as a vintage cask of wine
A world wherein we fear not my dear
A land of luxury where the sky is always clear my dear
No clouds to blur the beauty of the one that God had chosen well
No hurt, no pain, no misery from the cradle from which i fell

Children are free to be children and have no need for a locating device
And for peace there is never any price
Everything is everyone’s to share
To care
To bare the weight should it find the shoulders of a soldier
And it matters not as we are ordered to slowly become older
God’s hand came down and chose the one with beauty beyond one’s due
God’s hand came down and picked an angel to be you

Charmed

Charmed,
By
Your intoxicating beauty and audacious love,
I will never tremble, nor surrender---
My balls to criticism, like a coward soldier.

I’ll
Give
My
Best

...to complete satisfaction, of my malicious desire,
...to sensual body, like yours, I have dreamt of,
With such courage, ‘cos when I see you, as always,

I’ll
Find
My
Fear---

Charmed,
By
Your intoxicating beauty and audacious love. Oh, when
I see you, at times when the morning orb won’t shine
On me, surely, I’ll find my balls, hard, as it was once!

Beauty Exposed

I dared to peak through her window this past night
Though fear of being caught ran wildly through my mind
I had to see the beauty she was, exposed by light
When to my seeking eyes and heart, she, I did find

Incredible, a flawless beauty stood naked before me
As my faced peered from the darkness to see her body
But, it wasn’t perfection as anyone else would think or see
Yet, I overlooked the obvious and focused on the beauty

It was wrong, I know, but it is just a game that we play
She likes to think that someone, me, would have a stare
Really, this game, is just a way we get through our days
As she likes to be seen by another, when standing bare

I, being her lover, am eager to always have a gander
As I find her body a gift that was placed here just for me
When I look, my mind (and body) starts to really wander
For she’s the only beauty for me and will always be

She’s my lover through the window, just for me

Inside Out (2004)

Beauty is concept that is barley known
Exterior beauty is nothing alone
Content of character is our make-up
Look inside out and wake-up
Outside there may be scars
But inside I see stars
People may look nice but they turn out sour
A flower will dry up hour after hour
Eyes are not just the function between your nose
Look through your mind and heart where beauty grows
You will learn to know what beauty is all about
Look from within and turn inside out
