Sin Hypoxia

To escape sin, I built a glass box around me.
Though sin like water started leaking through the cracks upon me.
Soon the water would consume me.
Forced hand prints scattered inside the glass by me.
Trying to break free of what I built around me.
No one is near to see or help me.
No one to call, to assist or guide me.
Tears accreting to the water wasn't helping me.
The water is slowly getting deeper around me.
The strength is fading away within me.
Please, someone save me!
Oh God, please forgive me!
Thinking I had all the answers to build this glass box around me.
Sin, yet and still captured me.
I need you now Lord please strengthen me.
Eyes closed beneath the water crying out for him to save me.
His voice appears, "Come as you are to me.
You made a decision to consult with yourself without me.
For I am the only way the truth and the light; not you but me.
All the tools you need are provided by me.
I will bring down this glass box only for your life to be with me.
For I make no mistakes because I am me.
I will send you back to be a living witness for me and only me."

Angelica

Angelica

curiously peering over a cloud
Angelica stepped a bit too far
      wings fluttered and disappeared
         stolen by jealous demons below

angel flying too close to the ground
   leaving the harmony of heaven
sensing a need to save a ravaged planet
         landing gracefully on soft soil

Angelica hears the bulldozers
   weapons of environmental destruction
      sauntering through Earth’s rainforests
curiosity beckons as water reflects her image

her lost wings still reflect in the pond
seen as ripples from her pink, silk gown
orchid floral tiara crowns her long auburn hair
even water lilies envy her beauty

captivated by this pool lit with filtered sun
immersed in an image of herself
in God’s light all angels appear the same
bright beams to welcome new souls

fly again she will
   bubbles of hope spring forth
Earthbound for but a brief time
cherished cherub sent as nature’s guardian

halo of comfort surrounds
Angelica leans forth to feel the coolness
      sparkling water caresses warm lips
         her kiss renews Earth’s freshness

other angels transparent in sunlight
bestow a new set of wings
mission accomplished, they escort her home
once again she revels in heaven’s light

Today Is a Gift To Us All

The thing about today is that:
It will be different than any other day
Many different factors will share in the reasons
That today will be completely original
The people we encounter can play a huge role
In the way that our day plays out
We have no control over how these people may act
No control over what they may say or do
We can however control the way we allow it to affect us
I have met and been friends with
About every type of person that there is
From healers to killers I have met them all
Shared meals and how we feel;the pressure of it all
I used to allow outside influences
                                                 Like these people
To play a role in how my day would go
Then one day I realized that if you remove the water from the falls
All that you have left is a cliff
And of course a hole at the bottom
All the breathtaking beauty of the waterfall is gone
All because some fool decided to build a dam to divert the water
The River had no choice in how its day would go
It had no choice in allowing an outside force
                                                        To change its course
Of where it would end today
We have a choice, no matter what anyone does
We can stay on course and maintain the original beauty of our day
As long as we always remember
That this day belongs to us
The only thing that can change that is God, for it is his gift to us all

An Act Of Birth, Is An Act OF Dying

Blackness moving slowly into light!

becoming one existance

The stars gather like flocks of birds.

See the colors mix and mingle

Creating the perfect shades of colors, the

most beautiful blue and yellow.

Funny how words could form such a savage thing.

                                                            2

These islands come apart

Gods fingers pulling them into various directions

By his very words they are released.

Morning and nights wed, but they are never

essembled as one.

                                                             3

Out of some experiment called love?

To see us form into flesh and blood

And obeying of water slowly, a piece of dirt

appeared.

Spreading as far as the eyes can see

Its water circled the new dirt, and calm and

sometimes sea's prevail!

Birth of nations!

                                                                4

The beautiful green, red, yellow, orange and

other shades of our humanity, vibrant fields I seek

and found before the eyes of the almighty.

New species arise, what perfection...

                                                                   5

The heavens speak of many moods, and speaks

to us to know the time, are signs and marks of seasons.

Our days and years combined to reason. Two emotions.

One to sleep and the other to wake, His return on earth cometh

as lightening

And will cease the same by partened clouds and running

horseman, out of the clouds into earth.

And then the ocean filled with the wild and tamed

A whisper into their hearts and souls to multiply

and above the sea which holds the sky, movements of

graceful wings sour the clouds freely, and glide beneath

a wise space

Below a newly born star.....

                                             6

Atlas! the earth has formed to paint these?

and soon our hands which once held silence

and our hearts held peace! this is good

The earth is spinning, the oceans flowing, our blood passing

the woman exist, our beast wondering, the friut so bright!

This is good! Out of the garden. The murder of innosence

Into our ever lasting taste for flesh, obsession and power

Our need for greed and death! The birth of sin!

                                                        7

Atlas! the setting and rising, our beating hearts

and pulse which slows its rythem by the generations

Generations fade.. nearly rythemless life beats as the dying rose

Entering winter.

Rest.

Sea of Love

In this stormy sea that we call life, you calm the waters.

As I drifted along you cushioned each blow that I received.

In the mist of each storm, your light guided me to shelter.

When I was drowning in iniquity, you bathed me with salvation.

When the water became polluted you cleansed it with your blood.

When I floated out to sea, you anchored me with your love.

At times the currant was so strong, it pulled me underneath.

You wrapped your arm around me and held my head afloat.

Through each trial and tribulation, your waves washed me ashore.

You were my life preserver in a sea of lies and deception.

As you gave me the water of life, My Lord, I gladly give you mine.

The Water Tower

The water tower stands above the town and can be seen for miles around. It has a
ladder leading up to the base of the tank. This ladder has been climbed by countless
teenagers, for thrills and mischief and young kids answering a dare.

Over the years, many symbols and words have been painted on the tank. From
Highschool mascots, to hearts of love and proposals. Flowers and Holiday wishes
joined in.

It had always been one mans job to keep the water tank painted and to cover up
any impromptu artwork. He always took his time about it though. Making sure that
each message stayed up at least two weeks before he would paint over it.
One day he received a phone call. On the line was a little boy. This little boy asked
the man to please not paint over his message he had written on the tank, as it was
very important.

The man explained to the boy that it was his job to keep the tank painted and
clean. But, that he would leave his message up there, untouched, for two weeks. The
little boy, with tears in his voice said "Thank you, I hope it will be long enough".

The next day, as the man was driving past the water tank, he looked up. He saw no
message or pictures of any kind on that tank. He shrugged and assumed that the boy
had just been to scared to make the climb all the way to the top.

Three weeks later, the mans phone rings again. It was that same little boy. Very
excited, he proclaimed "Mister, I just wanted to thank you for not painting over my
message...It really worked!"

Intrigued, the man went to the tank with his paint and supplies. He climbed to the
top, set down his paint and brush. He walked around that tank several times and still
did not see a message. But, as he bent to pick up the paint can, there it was.
Towards the bottom of the tank, in crayon with a young child scroll was written:

"Dear God, pleeze let my daddy come home frum war I miss him
                                   Your frend Mike"

The years passed. Many drawings and words were painted over by one man and then
the other, as they took the job over. But never, the one small patch, with that heart
felt prayer.

Clinging To A Memory

A quiet stream in a secret place
I look in the water and see your face
Sitting here beside me
The way we were before you left me
You touched my hand so tenderly
And promised this was how we’d always be
And now I sit here all alone
With just a memory to cling on
Foolish one they would say
Did you really think he would stay
He was never yours one would say
And your foolish heart drove him away
Now I sit in a world of my own
Sitting here all alone
Maybe they were right but look there in the water I see
His face smiling up at me
He has come back to me
But alas t is the last thing I see

Wildflowers

Standing out in a field alone, a little white flower named Daisy longed for someone to share her world.
One day a blue flower named Bachelor Button entered her world they became friends.
She knew by his name that he was not the propagating kind, but that didn’t stop their relationship she called him BB short for best bud.
The seasons of Spring & Summer they enjoyed the sun, laughed in the rain and held on fast in the Fall.
Winter came it was long and hard they were both covered in a blanket of snow, not knowing whether they would ever see each other again or even survive .The snow fell then came the ice, this went on for months.

The Sun shone brightly the first day of spring. A few days later warmth of the sun melted the snow, Daisy popped up .
I’ve been waiting days for you to come out, said BB, they both chanted hooray!
The snow was completely gone in a few days, the birds started building their nests , bugs were crawling around ,butterflies began to visit the two flowers. I wish there were more of us Daisy said, to BB.

They laughed as the sun and wind blew through their leaves. Then it started the sun and rain took turns until one morning the air & field was filled with the smell of flowers.

Daisy and BB looked at each other and asked what kind of flowers are these ? they’re not white like daisies they’re not blue like bachelor buttons. They did not know the birds and bugs carried the seeds from the two of them and the caterpillars buried them under the soil.
The seeds from the new flowers were then carried by the winds many miles away, they landed in fertilized gardens and flourished, although they faced danger everyday.
as they were called WEEDS ..
The Gardener pulls weeds out of the garden so they don’t choke the flowers, which cost a lot of money and require lots of maintenance.

However there was a Gardener who saw her friends spending hours weeding their garden , that they didn’t have enough time to admire and enjoy the labors of their love
So she set out to give a home to all the weeds ,she provided a place where they could fit in and multiply, they required no maintenance, rain provides their water .

The best part of all is their beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Ask my granddaughter-- What are those flowers in the garden ?
She will answer "WILDFLOWERS " their parents were Daisy and BB

The Credenza

Gold goblet lifts steadily to yielding lips,
his reservations are buried deep within.
Ornate credenza displays one yellow tulip
waning as holy water cleanses him from sin.

His reservations are buried deep within.
The servant fears he's not pious enough.
Waning, as holy water cleanses him from sin,
prayers for his lord rise like wings from a bluff.

The servant fears he's not pious enough
for service by hands of faith and devotion.
Prayers for his lord rise like wings from a bluff
dipped in wine laced with pernicious potion.

For service by hands of faith and devotion,
ornate credenza displays one yellow tulip.
Dipped in wine laced with pernicious potion,
gold goblet lifts steadily to yielding lips.

Judge Not

‘Til heaven quakes and hell erupts
Judge not the souls of man
But be brave and do not disrupt
     The nature of a plan

Put into place and made with hands
     Much, much superior
From where I stand and far more grand,
     I am inferior.

Without water thy soul does rust
     Water thy own garden
Believe in thee, in thee—I trust.
     And receive thy pardon

From thy fierce and fiery hell
     Of thy unwanted greed.
If not, I am destined to dwell,
     Lost, with nowhere to feed.

Glisten in the Moonlight

Your glorious emerald eyes
Glisten in the moonlight
Glisten in the moonlight
Delight dances in the water
I watch it joyfully
You are set free from the cage...
You're like a dove soaring in the sky
You are the rain...
drizzling down in ecstasy
A hint of ecstasy is shown in your reflection...
When you caress me... I'm relieved...
From the stress that forced me in chains
I knew we'd be on the brighter side of tomorrow
We're glistening in the moonlight
I knew we'd become candles in the heavens above us
We're glistening in the moonlight
For a moment, I felt your presence...your radiant with sympathy
I saw at first glance the dark side of you
Tonight, we'll be together and fly through the horizon
We'll watch the sunset say its last goodbye...
We'll wave a greeting at the moon!
We glisten in the moonlight...
What if I was as handsome as the lion...
Roaring with pride and pure courage
What if we were glistening in the moonlight?
Would it bring health to our bones tonight?
Would it make our heart rejoice and overflow with delight?
Would we be able to survive this horrifying plight?
Would we be shimmering like a candlelight?
We're glistening in the moonlight... (6)
Ohh...yeah...ooh yeah...ooh yeahh...
We reach to the stars and hope we can trace a shooting star
I feel the coolness run down my fingers...
We're glistening in the moonlight
You're the dandelions in the fields
You're the gorgeous view that I marvel at everyday
When you kiss me, I live my dreams
We glisten in the moonlight
In a quick moment, I sense a feeling of endless renewal
I roam inside of your illuminating maze
Glow on... sunshine...
Glow on...sunshine...
Glisten in the moonlight...
Listen to the truth and rub it in
You are ravishing like the sunset
But you're ascending while I'm descending
I feel extremely guilty
I wish I could glisten with you in the moonlight
You're glistening in the moonlight (6)
Ohhh yeahh... oohhh yeahh... ohh yeahh
You're glistening in the moonlight (4)
We go our own way
I wish we can glisten like the moon
Glisten like the sun
There's a dream concealed inside of me...
Reveal your light and pour it upon me
You glisten in the appealing moonlight
While I'm subsiding... you're fulfilling your dreams
Of gliding across the horizon
You're independence... keeps on scorching with satisfaction
While I'm below you...
Your emerald green eyes
Stared me down like a hawk...
Your emerald eyes
Gaze down at me genuinely...
I wish we could flee together in reality...
That could be a possibility
To glisten in the moonlight in glee
We were glistening in the moonlight (3)
But that was only a dream...
I'll pray that it turns into a reality
We were glistening in the moonlight
Now, I've misplaced my delight...
Will I ever experience such a brilliant night?

The Rain and Wind

The wind blew events all over the place.
Intense emotions and it gave chase.
Lightning lighting to show us the sky.
People try to sleep and not cry.
Wisping by the wind keeps us awake.
The time trying to sleep the storms take.
Chills in everyone gives all shiver.
The clouds surrounded by moonlight is silver.
Heavenly prayers that the rain will stop.
The flood stopped a car the person in it was a cop.
People have seen such devastation.
The road that people made was week in creation.
Rivers near by was over flowing.
Trees that were there was not showing.
By the hour it claimed many.
My father woke up and did not see any.
Floating by was a boat.
Keeping people above water and a float.
My father kept a canoe.
That some day we would use it, that he knew.
Time to paddle up and down the street.
The rain water kept getting on our seat.
It was so dark after the moon was behind the cloud.
Still the noise of thunder still covered the ears loud.
The smell of moist water never seem to go away.
My brothers seem to still sleep anyway.
My head was bobbing up and down.
I was so tired that I could not hear a sound.
The wind blew back and fourth.
It seems that my mom and dad paddle their worth.
Till all the people we saw with grace.
Help us out with embrace.
The time was so late at night.
Everyone was so sleepy and losing sight.
The fight with the weather was so hectic.
The feelings of energy was electric.
Losing to such natural disaster is hard to understand.
When people working hard to block the river with bags of sand.
With hard workers like my mom and dad.
They make things happen that is not bad.
Rough with weather they experience more than ever.
Leaders they are they are very clever.
From the night light of street lights to the morning glow.
The wind did not stop so.
Bringing in more clouds that ill.
The people who were still tired still had will.
The rush of water and waves blasting push the wall side.
Pushing and the force brought water inside.
The battle of our hour was getting long.
Backup people came to aid us was strong.
Rested they were to keep everyone with hope.
The people stopped the water with the strength of rope.
Heavy rain and loss of homes bring people together.
It is kind of sad that this was the only time to gather.
Chaos comes happiness how true.
This is why we are human that gives us a clue.
It is our nature to keep rain falling.
To know when it is time for our calling.
The winds bring such pain and sorrow.
That is why rain sometimes fallow.

The pleasure of the lake

The pleasure of the lake

Each day I charge my batteries
With a stroll down to the lake
It's a must, to walk those wetland trails
It gives the mind a break
From all the turmoil of each day
It's a journey into peace
As those dancing trees that ride the breeze
Give my soul such sweet release.

So many things there, one might see
In those wetland trails I walk
I find there at Lake Joondalup
A place where nature talks
With wild birds everywhere one looks
And frogs, and kangaroos
Little lizards, perhaps a snake
So much there welcomes you.

That such a place could dwell in Perth
This gives me so much pleasure.
Communing each new day with nature
To mne, this be a treasure.
This lake, it reaches out to me
And tells me 'Life is good'
It's such a joy to have this lake
Here in our neighbourhood.

Words of Life

Drowning in the pool of anguish…oh…oh…
I’m venturing into the forest…and I want to hear the words seep out
Release these aching sorrows…I worry my soul’s drying out…
like a drought…
Drain out the fluids from my heart
It’s gouging me…bruising me to the core…

**chorus**
Embrace the light…embrace the midnight sky…
You fall in my arms – you die so warm
Shed me more sun to lift up my spirits
From the…underground…and release me – I’m breathless
I’m drowning in doubt…ooh… oh…

Remember me…I’m falling…into my swirling fate…hanging on the roots
Strangling my heart…distorting in my veins… I’m bleeding so softly – cut out the wood…
Splintering me…I’m shattering… and I’m falling in the abyss
Bring me more radiance from my candle light
Warp me up in bliss…don’t let the midnight sky…don’t take away my delight
From the…ocean…and save me—save me…oh… oh… I’m failing

*chorus*

I’m drowning in regret…ooh..oh…
Hit the bull’s eye in my heart…embrace the light
And don’t leave me hanging in the abyss…hand me a kite!
Save me before I fall apart…shut out the night
And don’t let the dusk escape us…

I must confess…
I must confess…
I hate to see you abandon the light…
But I’m not the one to save you from the night
Ooh…ohh…

*Chorus*

Splintering lies fill your heart
I want to kiss it goodbye…
But you’ve mastered it like a piece of art
I want to kiss the abyss and die…
Dry… I wanna touch the sky with my whole soul
But I’m failing and the end of time has taken its toll
Tainted sorrow…swims around me…I dwell where the waters depart
But the anguish still swarms in my heart…
I’m failing…my heart stops beating
And my desires are fleeting
From my grasp
And the monsters laugh at me…as I fall…

*chorus*

Embrace the midnight sky…catch me…catch me…
As I fall in death’s arms…I die so cold
And your heart is made of gold

Untangle the darkness & take away the nightmares
Answer our prayers & block out the night
Erase the heartaches & wipe away our tears
Unravel Your words of life & delight

Souls of Men

If I should fly
this Earth tonight
somewhere between two sleeps,
to the beating of a rythm,
in the cadence my heart keeps,
my heart will keep it's measure,
to the faucet's broken seam,
that leaks my mind to other worlds,
and begs my soul to dream.

I dream I fish for souls of men,
sea water drops the looking glass.
My ship is coming on the tide,
I pray this vessel be my last.
The souls of men shall be my treasure,
of wich I'd fill the cargo hull,
for nothing fills my heart with pleasure
 like fishing for men's souls.

On and on and on I fish,
while the dripping cuts the seam,
that leaks my mind to other dimensions,
beyond Crystal City's broken dreams.

So, if I fly this world tonight,
somewhere between two sleeps,
to the beating of a rythm,
in the cadence my heart keeps,
my heart will keep it's measure,
to the faucet's broken seam,
to heal the souls tied to this world,
and free my soul that beams.

Bigger fish I'm pleased with,
but it's the smaller ones I rue.
The schools of the smaller ones
my nets keep passing through.
Finer nets I need I'll need,
times no cost to me it's true.
Finer nets will catch more souls,
God rest my weary crew.

On, and on, and on I fish,
sea water drops the looking glass.
My ship is sailing with the tide,
I pray this vessel be my last.

So, if I fly this Earth tonight,
somewhere between two sleeps,
to the beating of the rythm,
in the cadence my heart keeps,
my mind will see the future,
in the blinking of an eye,
when I've gathered all the lost souls,
before they even die.

Glorious rays of sun shine down.
sea water drops the looking glass.
My ship's a coming on the tide,
a rainbow high above the mast.

So, if I fly this world tonight,
somewhere between two sleeps,
to the beating of a rythm,
in the cadence my heart keeps,
my heart will keep it's measure,
to the faucets dripping seam,
and open up other dimensions,
and free my soul that beams.

Refuge

I find myself in the middle of an ocean
Lighting, rain and waves crashing
No land in sight
No refuge in sight
No beacon to point me home
I struggle to stay afloat
The water so cold and black
How did I get here?
Where do I go?
What can I do?
Frantically I search
I look all around
But there’s nowhere to turn
I shout with all I have
But there’s no one to hear
The storm is relentless
The waves continue to roll and splash
Trying to shove me under
I can taste the saltiness of the water
As a wave catches me
Slaps me in the face
The water burning my eyes
Blurring my vision
Making me panic
Making me want to fight harder
To keep my head above water
But my legs are growing weary
My arms are starting to tire out
My feet are like cement
My breath ragged and fatigued
As the rain beats down
I cry out again in desperation
As I start to sink
Down to a watery grave
Into the depths below
The water so icy and wet
In my mouth
Down my throat
Burning in my lungs
Fully submerged now
I look up at the surface
And I see hope
I see refuge
I see a hand
Reaching down to me
Tightly grasping me
Pulling me against the force
That’s pulling me under
My head breaks the surface
My eyes open wide
As I gulp in the air
Pulled free and rescued
Not a moment too soon
Not a moment too late

Wedding In Cana

W hen a wedding took place

T he mother of Jesus said to Him

R emember the story from long ago

T o clean away the dirt(sin) of the world
O ut came wine(His blood) a New Covenant

W ine to cleanse away all sin

E ternal love, grace, salvation _Eternal Life came in

Ceremonial Pots were pots that contained water
for washing away the dirt of the world or the
sin that the Jewish people came in contact _
Remember Jesus washing their feet..
The water = the law
The Wine= allegory or metaphoric language to speak of His shedding of His blood on Calvary or of drinking His Blood at the Passove
or in our communion of today...

To Those Who Worship: Abridged Version

You!! You, I say you on the guitar?
Do you know who you are?
Or are you just an angel without a name?
I see your heart my sister!! And you do not sing for fame!!!
No, you live and love and play and dance to praise that man who Reigns!!

You!! You singing on the microphone?
Do you feel alone?
Or do you know dear brother Seraphim, that you help to put us in that zone?
To bow down low in honor?,
Of he who sits high on the throne?!!!

You!! You dancing in the corner, with your hands lifted high,
Do you feel sometimes like you wish you’d die?
Or do you know that when you dance, my Savior’s hands you untie?
To give us joy deep in our hearts and free our minds from lies?

My sister, I’m just a warrior, whose run in fear too many times,
My brother, I’m just a warrior, who fights the dark one with my rhymes,
And I press the boundaries of our justice for those who fall beneath the cracks,
I press in against the evil one, who puts this hatred on our backs,

But you? You see beyond this evil to a place I long to go,
You reach into the light of God, and the path to right you show,
For you bring the water of music to wash away our sin,
And because you choose to worship her, this battle we shall win,
For worship is the weapon of Sons and Daughters Divine,
For worship is the key to life and an end to these dark times,
For worship is a refuge in a world of sinister sounds,
For worship is a space ship that goes to realms of God renown,
For worship is my best friend’s and my eldest brother’s great delight,
For worship is the celebration of that freedom for which I fight,

Man can you see it?
Worship is light!!
Worship is tight!
Worship makes me take flight!
Worship ain’t black and worship ain’t white,
Worship is the power of love to wield the True Savior’s might!!

Turn on your light

Turn On Your Light.

Turn on your light

Turn on your light
Light the velvet softness of your night
You might have felt that breath of sweetest power
In that silver moon
That paints the twilight hours
Have you ever felt that mystic pull
That takes you from the smallest flower
To melt into the all.

I sometimes stand there staring at the sea
As each wave reaches out to destiny
To fade and then to come back
So another wave might form
To be destroyed
Then to be reborn….

Turn on your light
Pass no judgment, who’s to say what’s right?
No need for this when light is shining bright
Have you felt such magic
Have you felt that pull
It’s something that must happen to each fool
He must learn how to melt into
The silence of the all.

The secrets they be wrote within your soul
Seek them out and let them make you whole
Each flower it must bloom then die
So know your precious I
Must be destroyed
To be reborn…

THE LAST DROP OF WATER

THE LAST DROP OF WATER

Clouds of despair will block out our sun
Trials and burdens each weighing a ton

God brings those clouds into your life
Not without conflict, discord or strife

Are they punishment or sent to refresh
Love incarnate through a Saviours flesh

Do not flee from raindrops that may fall
Let them linger enough for mercy’s recall

Grace will fall –heavenly drops from above
Till the last drop of water-a chastising love

The symphony of dawn

The symphony of dawn

Have you ever had a day?
When filled with energy
Your mind just wants to spread delight
And your heart is filled with glee
When your happiness just touches folk
Cause, they can see you glow
Have you ever felt a time?
When only love can flow.

Have you ever had a day?
When the whole world seems to glow
Have you ever watched the dawn?
Or watched the morning show
Have you sat there near a fountain?
And heard the magic sound
As it bubbles out its crystal song
And fills the air around.

Have you watched the morning breeze?
On a soft, sweet summers day
As all the many branches dance
In a lovely kind of way
The sun lends them so many colors
At the hazy birth of morn
Have you felt that morning feeling?
It’s the symphony of dawn.

Song for Baptism

Into the water now I go to die
That I may live again
Live now O Christ for me, and no more I
Glory, I am born again

To your Holy Spirit I yield my life
Yield it again for me
By grace alone I win in all my strife
Thanks, O Lord you ransomed me

Under the water I take your image now
Day by day led by you
Your sweet covenant and law becomes my vow
Pray for me, Lord, keep me true.

By faith alone my flesh shall die in grace
O Christ, now cover me
Make me a witness in thy full embrace
Hosannah, you ransomed me.

Love

Let me strip you from the morning dew,
It is spring: listen to the raising melody
in the garden, the daffodils bloom anew:
let me take your tears under my custody.

Down, a river runs between twin hills,
The wind tries to contest the water pace,
Howling and spinning blades of windmills:
as my fingertips drop down by your face.

Do not weep if you discover me dead,
Touch my cold lips: make our breath one,
on my gravestone, last words you read.
Join by my side on this grave: love is gone
to navigate on the stead water stream,
a man cannot dream twice the same dream.

Not Your Fight

Dragging, lagging down this road,
Many things I was never told,
Stumble, tumble to the ground,
Looked up and saw no one was around,
Scraped and bruised... on both knees,
Begging for this disease to seize,
One more breath before I break,
When suddenly I realize You died for my sake,

When I can’t seem to find the words to say,
To cancel out these feelings of dismay,
When all I’ve seen was equivalent to shame,
And tornados wipe right through the pain,
When water washes the frailty and dishonor,
And most thought I was just a goner,
Your whispers penetrate my night,
Speaking out “this is not your fight”
“ I died to fill your life with might”

Holes in souls are hard to bare,
Especially when your scars are there,
Hearts that plead to overflow,
Sometimes bleed and cannot let go,
But through the madness and through the times,
There is only one name that comes to my mind,
Nails that sacrificed for our greater good,
Can relate to my deaths even if He was misunderstood,

When I can’t seem to find the words to say,
To cancel out these feelings of dismay,
When all I’ve seen was equivalent to shame,
And tornados wipe right through the pain,
When water washes the frailty and dishonor,
And most thought I was just a goner,
Your whispers penetrate my night,
Speaking out “this is not your fight”
This is not your fight,
This is not your fight.

You're There, I See You

I close my eyes in darkness
While the world lies down to sleep
As a father and a husband
My family’s mine to keep
Protect them? I am willing
I am always there on guard
But, when I’m not and far away
I trust You are, oh Lord

The rising sun of morning
Has my family’s eyes so wide
As the motor sounds of traffic
Fills the air that floats outside
And the people that are walking
Some are jogging, some just go
Makes me see, what truly is
And all I really need to know

God, You’re there… I see you

In the blue that reigns up in the sky
On the breath of clouds that float on by
The image of the homeless man
Who still offers up his time
As he asks not for, without doing first
So I give water to quench his thirst
To the flowers that grow in the park
And the trees that children climb

God, You’re there… I see you

While coming home at evening time
Knowing my family waits for me
I smile real wide as I walk along
So all the world can see
Maybe then they’ll see just what I see
And then take it on their way
With hopes that they will share a smile
And make better someone’s day

Now the sun has set, children tucked
With a kiss I gave to fall asleep
Standing at the door I see my wife
And I feel the love she gave to keep
I thank you Lord for all I have
For always seeing my family through
Because I know I couldn’t do this alone
That’s why I put my faith in You

God, You’re there… I see you

In the blue that reigns up in the sky
On the breath of clouds that float on by
The image of the homeless man
Who still offers up his time
As he asks not for, without doing first
So I give water to quench his thirst
To the flowers that grow in the park
And the trees that children climb

God, You’re there… I see you

The blue waters,
The green trees,
The blue skies,
The light breeze,

Abraham

“Then the Angel of the LORD called to Abraham a second time out of heaven, and said: “By Myself I have sworn, says the LORD, because you have done this thing, and have not withheld your son, your only son—blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply your descendants as the stars of the heaven and as the sand which is on the seashore; and your descendants shall possess the gate of their enemies. In your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, because you have obeyed My voice.”’

— Genesis 22:15-18 NKJV

The River

The river flows at my feet
I watch as it goes past
Where is all that water going?
It looks so inviting…
The current flows steadily
I feel as though if I jumped in I could float
Should I jump or stay on shore?
The shore is safe and dry
I decide to go to the edge and get a closer look

I poke my toe in
The water feels so….clean and fresh
I’m afraid, after all I can’t swim
But something is compelling me
I wade in…there’s rocks on the bottom
Some are sharp and jagged
They hurt, but I keep going
I’m up to my knees

I look up just in time to see some friends floating by
“Just jump!” they yell
“Come on….jump!”

Jump!? Me? I’m AFRAID
I can’t swim….I don’t know where I’ll end up…maybe I’ll drown
There go more friends.”
“Come on….JUMP!”
“Don’t be afraid”

OK
1….2….3
I jump
The current grabs me
I’m washed away….going so fast everything is in a whirl
I feel dizzy
My head is spinning, but I’m staying a float
I can barely breathe
This is the most exciting journey I have ever been on
I’m scared, but I feel peace….I don’t understand it

Things look so differently in the river than they do on shore
Colors seem more vibrant
The air is cleaner
The son shines more brightly here
Some parts of the river are treacherous cause the current runs so swiftly
But I’m not alone
Others are floating with me
Just when I think I’m going under….
I feel a hand pull me up so I can take a deep breath
I hear a still small voice
It speaks peace to me
“Never alone”

I’ve been in the river for a while now
Some days flow so smoothly, quietly, serenely

BUT WATCH OUT
There are branches that stick out from shore
They’ll grab you as you float by
They want to entangle you
They are trying to pull you back to shore
They seem so tempting
After all, the shore is dry and safe
So tempting….so tempting….so tempting

GOD PLEASE
PLEASE HELP ME
Get me off these branches
I want back in the river
The river is teeming with life
The shore holds darkness and despair
But sometimes it seems so much easier…

celsius

Fallen snow will remind of me/ it is snowing ...
Slowly as in the dream/
Boy word-beads/ with signs on his spine/
He kisses fine/
Your eyelids /

And it snows ... It snows /so slow/
It does/ and you're thinking of me/
'Coz it's warm/ it's better to stay in warmth/
Waiting for summer dim/
It is snowing/ slowly like in the dream/
Flakes/ go round/ playing the music theme/
You've been looking for rescue/
You searched in wine/
But it's in me/
all the rescues are mine/
It is snowing/ the snow is fluffy and white/
If you see darkness/ I'm deaf and blind/
there's the cast of time/ on the arm/
But I discern the light/
Dreams/ upon your eyelids tips/
Prepare you for winter drowse/
And it snows/

Fallen snow/ will remind of spring /
it will crumble and crackle in vain/
It will snow / fluffy /white/ and slow/
And you'll become whole/

HARD TO SEE

                                                                   Water In My Eyes

It’s hard to take off, when you’re left grounded. Something lost I can’t find it.
I can’t see my way anymore, I need a guide

“Hard to see with water in your eyes”

A feeling that comes over you, it comes and goes
Often now putting me to my knees, a thirst for knowledge has grown.
Interpretations given to me, I want to fly but I’m stuck on the ground is what I realized.
I can’t see my way anymore, I need a guide

“Hard to see with water in your eyes”

You carry those you lost and offer you in their place, all you have are the memories a heart ache, a still picture of their face. Quest for knowledge you have shown, you can only save yourself when it’s time to kneel at the thrown. Interpretations given to me, still unable to fly I can’t see my way anymore, I need a guide

“Hard to see with water in your eyes”

Arms out reached in front of me, waiting for a touch back to assist and help guide me, I know your there even in the open air, as the breeze passes by pushing out the water in my eye.
Looking to the sky before it drips drops and it freezes. As u notice only your sign the one only you can see. If you found it it’s meant for you to continue to believe. Before you know it you’re looking up into the sky. You see clearly through a dry eye. No more needs God has heard you and now he will guide you.

Walking a set path try to live a life right. God will always give you your way of sight.
Keeping faith is all for just such a reason. It’s nice to see through all life’s seasons. But almost daily it gets blurry and things change size.

“Hard to see with water in your eyes”
                                                                                 By Paul J Williams Sr

Icewater Home

     Beneath the bay's
frigid waters
life abounds
    large fish swim
and green plants grow
    Frosty air above ,
movement below
No fisherman here today
   the air is too chilly
Let's give our planet a respite
    When the waters are
too cold
    It is difficult
to live and prosper
   Ice water chills
our souls
    Yet we will survive
and live on
    and our hopes
will live on as well
The ice water home
     won't last forever
The frozen lake will thaw
  In the meantime
    we'll feast on our dreams

Well of Living Water

By Jacobs well he sat; a stranger to me
I came to draw water for I thirsted so
As I turned to go, he gently said, “Come
drink freely, I have water for which you do not know.
There are many fountains from where water freely flows,
but there is only one that can satisfy the soul.
My fountain flows from on high a well of living water
that shall never run dry ”.
Now I am drinking from a fountain where I will ever abide and
My soul is satisfied.

The Storm

As the tide comes in,
As the wind begins to blow,
As the world watches on,
The fires begin to grow.
As the homes begin to sink,
As the roads begin to drown,
As the water begins to rise,
In the long island sound.
As the power begins to fade,
As the lights go out,
As the people tremble with fear,
The wind begins to shout.
As the trees settle on the ground,
As night becomes day,
As the water begins to recede,
In the New Jersey bay.
As the people return home,
As the friendships be reborn,
As they held each other tight,
They survived the storm.

Dedicated to the many of super storm Sandy.

Breath let Go

The earth shudders and the dust of a thousand years
lifts into the sky like a blanket thrown up in exultation
and beneath this blanket plates grind together
in sudden need
A craving to bring dried and edged flesh
with the moisture of the oceans above
together once more
and cry out in the joy of ecstasy to release their pressure
	And be at once reconciled

And the world let’s out its breath,
gives up what is most sacred to it
in reverence of this Moment:

And I dare say this moment is mine,
to the child that toiled the fields
hoe in hand and the patterns in the soil
the patterns in the soul through which water poured
and escaped in pores like water through a parched man’s fingers
and patterns fled this farm
Leaving a parched man lamenting the presence of fingers
in times of thirst,

And to the child toiling
           in the fields
the pattern is in the pitch of his shoulders
and the pounding of the sun
the pattern that should never seep
through unseen holes

but it seeps
down his back and across his fingers
upon his hoe it dribbles down and finds the escape
of patterns long lost
and the sweat of his toil
slips through the gaps in his soil
and the heaving of his shoulders
is lost with the patterns,

So this old farmer he does not tread his fields,
sheltered behind wood and warmth of fire
he huddles in his world of four walls
and dares not the fields outside
Where await the failures
of his toil,
and when the earth shuddered
in joy of this moment
Knowing in its wisdom all that was to be known
the earth shudders and the dust of not so many years
It lifts into the sky like a blanket thrown up in exultation

And beneath it all

Sees the farmer

The pattern of his toil

And lo and behold
It was not wasted
But a hands width beneath
The soil that caked his world
And by his own hand
Hidden as it were
The patterns of his toil
And the story that is told
Bittersweet
In the exultation of a breath
Let go.

The Way

As Moses leading His people to a New Land
Living by the Faith instilled within
Preaching the commandments of God
when looking out over the Red Sea
with the enemy gaining on them
many in doubt of where to go
Then God departed the Sea
giving a way to reach the other side
protecting and giving guidance in their walk
as the enemy tried to walk the path
the water fell upon them washing them away
Moses and His people got away
in time the people would become unsatisfied
searching and living out of Gods will
The enemy would in time catch up
Therefore God sent His Son
to provide the only true path
Jesus came and defeated Death
sending the spirit to dwell within all who believe
allowing the soul to jump to the spirit
leaving this earthly body to perish
through Him we shall Live
For He shall pour the Living Water
upon our souls
Flooding out death and the enemy
The water shall run through the veins
riding of unwanted toxins
Flushing them to make one clean
Eating on the Word Jesus taught
To digest the living nutrients
giving growth to our heart and souls
letting the word consume this body
providing new feet to walk
with a refurbished tongue to talk
For only through Jesus shall we be transformed
with guidance and vision to see the narrow path
to follow the steps which
 Lead to the Father

Poetic Prayer

Doubt rained resistant showers...
forming pain poodles of stagnent water...
and it evaporates... just going back
to the sky to rain again... the monsoons are here
there's water in the air...humidity... heavy breathing...
you sweat in stillness...your body works with no action taken,
I stand without motion and water comes onto me and out of me,
adding to the saturated atmosphere...
I drink water to cool my senses from water...
...and unreliquishing comes the rain....
...having faith that questioning fact will enlighten the truth...
holding back more... droplets form... and they fall from the sky,
landing on moist skin and it all combines...
...collecting once again....washing away delicate growth
disturbing the dryness that the desert needs to be

Wet, I ask God when will my faith trust?
When will I feel replenished by what feeds growth?
When will I see what it is that is happening enough to believe?

To Enter the Kingdom

To Enter the Kingdom us answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit. 6 Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. 7 You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You must be born again.’” John 3:5-7 NIV To Enter the Kingdom of God You must be born again; Born of water and the Spirit— Entry to God’s Kingdom. Welcome the word of God, Implanted and rooted in your heart; It contains great power— The saving of your soul to impart. The most powerful preaching of God’s word Avails nothing unless the Spirit enlightens. The Holy Spirit is its efficiency— Against sin, our major combatant. Through the Holy Spirit light appears, As he enters the heart and mind. So enter the Kingdom of God— Death to the ‘old man’ to find. The divine relationship between God and man Is renewed by baptism’s power. Be born of the water and the Spirit; Salvation’s hope to devour. To enter the Kingdom of God, We must choose to be saved; Baptism in the Holy Spirit, Brings new life to be paved. Baptism is a covenant Between us and our Creator, But it’s the power of the Holy Spirit That is the new birth recreator. To Enter the Kingdom of God, Let your life be renewed. Be graced by the Holy Spirit— By his power become imbued. © Copyright 2012 Maureen LeFanue www.maureenlefanue.com

EYE Don't See -Part 1-

My eyes
Pour forth feelings
That I’ve felt in the past
They make my heart ache…
Take it all away…
Oh my God…
They’re making me sink in dismay

When will they break away?
When will they give me a break?

And I’m left in my solitude…
Do you hear me weeping?
And I’m close to my demise…
Only to find myself disappear…
When will peace draw near?

Eye don’t see
A happy ending in this scene

My eyes
Journeys into the unknown
Who knows what will happen…
They’re like hidden treasure…
They’re buried far below…

And I’m left in my solitude…
My eye’s weeping…
And I’m close to my demise…
Only to find myself disappear…
When will peace draw near?

Oh my God…
They’re driving me insane
When will they see my reflection?
When will they heal the infection?

Eye don’t feel
Raindrops of hope and relief
All I feel…is grief…
Eye sense no peace…

And I’m left in my solitude…
My eye’s sagging…from endless mourning
And I’m close to my demise…
Only to find myself disappear…
When will peace draw near?

Does He hear
My supplications?
Does He sense
My fear?

My eyes
Conceals the tears that dare to spew out
I feel trapped and lost without a doubt…
They erase my delight…
They seek my hurt…
Oh my God…
They’re casting me away into the perilous sea

And I’m left in my solitude…
My eye’s weeping…
And I’m close to my demise…
Only to find myself disappear…
When will peace throw out my fear?

Eye don’t see
A ship in sight…to save me from my demise
My lifeless body...
Drifts away in the wild ocean...
Without a sound...
Without emotion...

Eye don’t see
A rope to hold on to…
My hope for peace
Has drowned…

Jacques Cousteau (Conversion to Islam)
From WikiIslam, the online resource on Islam
Jump to: navigation, search
Cousteau.jpg

Jacques-Yves Cousteau (June 11 1910 – June 25 1997), was a French naval officer, explorer, ecologist, filmmaker, innovator, scientist, photographer, author and researcher who studied the sea and all forms of life in water. He co-developed the aqua-lung, pioneered marine conservation and was a member of the Académie française. He was also known as "le Commandant Cousteau" or "Captain Cousteau".[1]

It is claimed Jacques Cousteau had converted to Islam after witnessing a "miracle mentioned in the Qur'an that waters of different salinity do not mix because there is an invisible barrier between the two".

Here's a typical version of the story:
The famous French oceanographer Mr Jacques Yves Cousteau, who has

spent his lifetime on undersea discoveries and is considered an authorithy on undersea exploration has embraced Islam after his amazing undersea discovery was confirmed by the Holy Qur'an the last and final revealed guidence of Allah (God Almighty) for the whole of Mankind and Jinns.

One day somewhere in deep ocean, Mr Jacques Yves Cousteau was doing some undersea exploration when he discovered that within the salty sea water there were several spring of sweet palatable water.

What amazed him most was the fact that the sweet water of the springs was not mingling with the salty water of the sea. For a long time he tried to find plausible excuse for this phenomena, but to no avail.

One day when he mentioned it to a Muslim Professor who told him this phenomena simply followed Allah's command as clearly explained in the Holy Qur'an. He then read to Mr Cousteau the following Sora from the Holy Qur'an :

"It is He (Allah) Who has let free the two bodies of flowing water : One palatable and sweet, and the other salty and bitter; yet has He (Allah) made a barrier between them, a portion that is forbidden to be passed" - (Sura 25 Al-Furqan : Sora 53)

"And He (Allah) made a separating bar between the two bodies of flowing waters." - (Sura 27 An-Naml : Sora61)

"He (Allah) let free the two bodies of flowing water, meeting together : between them is a barrier which they do not transgress." - (Sura 55 Al-Rahman : Sora 19:20)

Hearing this, Mr Cousteau said that surely the Qur'an is a divine Book and embraced Islam. (This was reported in Al-Furqan-Ta-Ha
Publishers, London).

Even though at this time of year it is supposed
to be a time forpeace and goodwill with happiness
and goodcheer is that really
something we see clear.

People may do their best to forget the troubled
times with their pain and distress,
to join in the festive fun and enjoy the
dinner well-done.

Should it be just once a year that we
make a special time to share with
our loved ones so dear.
Ofcourse we can do this through-out the year
make it a time to get together and build
on our relationships with others as we
strenghthen the bonds with sisters,Fathers
Brothers and our Mothers.

December 25th is not the birth of Christ it
is just a Mere Myth so why people
celebrate this certain date is something
for others to think and contemplate.

Times are increasingly more difficult and
understandingly we want to enjoy ourselves
only natrual but this season seems to give
people an excuse in which they reason
to over-eat, and drink to excess to
 drown their sorrows they express
as the Special day ends their lives return
back to normal tomorrow.

It can be a lonely time for many in this
December month as some are alone
during this holiday and that can be
sad for some while it seems the rest of the world
are having a goodtime and lots of fun.

There are many through-out the world who
are still suffering from lack of food and sanitation
no water which causes severe de-hydration don't
you think it is only right to spare a thought for such
ones going through a terrible time of starvation it kills
slowly and affects many atribe and nation.

Thousands may donate to these ones to give hope
they can revive many in order to help them
survive, but many loose their battle as it is
too great to cure as so many struggle to
endure the distress of hunger pangs .

The moral of this poem is to encourage people
to think of the world and not just for a split second then
blink. Take time to count your blessings and be
thankful for what we have and also about the peace
and security we wish to possess in the world will
we really see a world full of peace well
in the Bible it gives us a promise and hope
that soon God is going to take action and intervene
in human affairs and this will be our release, to prove to us that he deeply
and truly cares and that is a promise bestowed
to us beyond comapare.
It gives much comfortto know there is a brighter
future for all who wish to take
lifes water free God will do this
a promise we will soon see.

My EmOCEANs...

Sometimes it gets to be too much, holding it all in.
Want to cry but I can't, so I grab me a pen.
The ink is the stream of tears I choose to imprison,
the word flow is the current of my very essence.
If you wade in my pools you are liable to sink
but if I feel you can swim, I might allow you to drink.
Will you be able to float through my complex oceans,
or drown yourself in the waves of my emotions?

Will you shower in the water of turbulence in preparation?
Try and capture in your grasp the nature of my notion?
Can you splash in the puddles of my pain, juices of my ambition?
I can only trust you if you come to the realization;
I am the current, I have been designated,
I flow like the tide angry or smooth never hesitating.
Everywhere you are but never a specific location.

I can't be contained and I can't be denied
But if you simply seek you will always find
My genorous current will never leave you dry.
I am the water that birthed the tides.

MYSTIC PARABLE

Stories dared not whispered, legend of great thinker.
Artificially created Atlantis, maze search for law-giver.

Hushed lips speak no evil, silly little monkey cliche.
Privy ancient knowledge, not clear as light and day.

So-called peace-loving demigods, closely followed in trace.
Sexually crazed fools, copying angels fallen from grace.

Pillars of Hercules within island, dynasty king frenzy awoke.
Powerful and remarkable, ready to enslave at single stroke.

Originally thought to be noble, conspicuous reveal greed.
In route to world domination, struck down by Specialbreed.

Later time earthquakes and floods, extraordinary violence.
Single dreadful day and night, massive lost of innocence.

Intervening super mighty one, so-called wrathful Zeus.
Manipulation of elements, water and lightning bolts let loose.

Grand golden wall palace, swept aside sea and sunk below.
Ironical measured payment, for employment of ruthless blow.

Swiming through labyrinth of wisdom, vie of the celest'.
Chancing risk of schism, mighty sequential vignette.

Perplexed pattern in hide, bloody seal of truth.
Illuminati repelled, for a time real minoot.

Message of twisted tongue, langual contrivance.
Masters' visions swoon, in journey through euphoric trance.

Loud whisper switch, silence left in wake.
Souls of denizens burned, in fiery scourching shake.

Prominent eclectic short order, alien wishbone act.
Convert of non-belief, fierce zealots' minds impact.

Lucid broken water reflection, visible-eye agleam.
Blind finding quarry, standing like obelisk beam.

Instinctive overriding, a slip into lucidity.
Telepathic mind connection, recede to infinity.

Exponential theory, base of schematics.
Common like maybe, superpower military tactics.

Voice of bleeding knowledge, fade to obscurity.
Mystic in strange land, fault found in masters of intricacy.

Undecipherable rhetoric, great monster on chase.
Featureless darkness, a threat to human race!

Eternal Spring

With each stone,
A certain size,
A distinct color,
Water flows gracefully
Over each backbone of the brook.

Along the brook,
The water is pristine,
Yet calm and quiet,
Rolling over stones
And pebbles, the water streams into
A natural spring.

The spring dwells
Eternal life,
Once drank,
Life everlasting.
Offering life after passing.

Words and Ideas

Orbiting words and ideas
though not always understanding,
we are drawn like moths to a candle.

They give us light,
We do not need substance.

Reality is the ether that we fly through
Its origin does not matter
It comes from nowhere,
nowhere that we understand.

We seek knowledge
Forming words and ideas to hold it
Like a cage
Like water in a cage.

We have the cage,
words and ideas
to prove we have captured
knowledge.

We have the cage securely locked,
Our treasure safely held.
We do not have the key.

And within
Like water in a cage
It leaks away

The art Of Spring

Bright blue skies on a spring day
Fulfills my horizon
Blue birds and robins pass me by

Mountain, trees, and animals
Priase God Abroad
The frsh air bring forth calmness
A quiet serene a waits my soul

Red orange and violets
Represents God's glory
Flowers slowly rise with the sun
And water crickets sings songs of glory

Fresh water arises with the scent
Of of sweet savory of God's spices
Beach rolls in the lazy tide
I sit back and enjoy it all

The art of spring is glorification
Of all tings God created
He's the world famous artist

Thirst

As the panting deer sups
from the stream of water,
filled up refreshed and
restored.

I hope that I to
can find that refreshment
in this life.

I find plenty fresh
water every day, though it
escapes me. I'm still dry
inside, what is this thirst?

How do I quench it? Where
do I find living water? Point
me in the right direction to
change my life.

GOD NEVER FORGETS A GOOD-HEARTED SOUL

Some friends willfully forget an unlucky heart
from whose trine flowed the richest waters
to soothe their qualms
as desert shady palms.
It gave them all it had, leaving nothing for itself;
hasn't forgetfulness replaced the warmth of that light?

Someone should remind them by writing on a wall:
that God never forgets a goodhearted soul
for the generous deeds it has done:
giving everything and receiving none!
" Shame " should be written on each face...
proclaiming to be righteous and favored by grace!

He lives in a shack built on wood poles shaken by cyclones,
and he survives on water and crackers,
a candle has replaced a light-bulb with thirty watts...
even tap water can't satiate his empty guts;
a slice of bread is a rare delicacy,
not mentioning cheap, tasteless coffee.

God never forgets a goodhearted soul,
the one that helped others face life with grit
and feeding their mouths by uplifting their spirit;
where are they now: distant as a cloud, looking down as a seagull?
Why can't they attend to his needs with generosity and wit?
No, he is not one of them anymore...only a disgraced destitute!

Rags clothe his body, but joy dwells in his faithful soul,
prayers keep him alive...he rejoices greeting the dazzling sunrise;
into the pristine river he bathes daily and sings with truthful and joyful eyes:
he will have tasted Paradise even before his death!
The poor man, so rich in faith, will sing until you runs out of breath;
the forgotten man, so weak, will reach Heaven having completed his earthly role!

Crying Out - 2

Have my peccant daydreams seep away
Purged from my mind devoid all delay
Evaporate those thoughts like the mist
Wring as a sponge, oh LORD, with a twist
Have me absorb ideas you adore
Blessed visions soak deep to the core
Living water so pure for my soul
Please, fill me up, each pore, every hole
My thoughts are wrong, so done be your will
Your providence is far greater still
So, God, exchange, my sin with your grace
Each transgression, remove every trace
Though my frail mind compels me to turn
With drowning pain, my life, you did earn.

Quiet Waters

Streams of blue fluid
Flows downward
As fragile carcasses decay
Without a peep of a sound

We’re in the brink of disaster…

Who invited such fear and anguish?
Who could lead us to quiet waters?

We bleed…
Polluting the waters below us…
Trickling down the mountain
To our filthy feet…

Cleansing the sin off of our skin
But, it’s tangled from deep within…

The eeriness breaks
The hearts of a thousand strangers
They all fall away powerlessly…
Into the chambers of death

Danger is lurking in every corner…
Pursuing its evil plans
To cut down our hopes…
Growing like crops…
Rising rapidly –
It never stops

Dreams of misfortune still
Rapes our minds,
Plaguing our happiness…
Consuming the darkness…

We’re sprawling on the ground…
We’re crawling like infants…
Veering briskly like serpents…

Who will set our souls free
From suppression?

Who will preserve our hearts?
Don’t prey upon our
Guiltless lives…
We’re in complete agony…
Does He consider
Our prayers
Of support and nourishment?

We scream…
Breaking the repulsive solitude…

Encourage us to keep on
Trekking toward Your light

Where’s Your path?

You rinse off all of the sorrow
Giving us a ecstatic tomorrow

The weeping ceases…
While the corpses
Tear into
Blood-spattered
Pieces…

The faith of a couple of people
Strengthens us…keeps us motivated…
Not captivated…
In misery…
We’re reaping our
Ecstasy…
Leading us to peace and fortune
Keeping us accustomed
To Your purifying spirit…
Keeping us away from
Calamity…

We’re hungry…
Our demise is close at hand…
Closing in on us abruptly
Like an obscure cave…

Rescue us from affliction –
Embracing downhearted clouds…

Those wretched clouds…

Brought us rain when we asked for bread…

Those merciless clouds…

Spewed out scorching fire when we asked for relief…

Remember our supplications…
Appalling lightning’s daring to strike us
Out of cruel vengeance
Out of sheer amusement

Don’t even attempt to weaken us
We’re blossoming in joy…
We’re under cover…
You can’t manipulate us
Like a subtle toy

We’re praying for
Quiet waters

Offer the deceased
A second chance

Don’t disown
Our broken lives

We’re not alone…

We’re just waiting until
The quiet, glistening waters
Gratefully arrives…

Darkest Light

Blinded as I am trying to see,
Darkness becomes my sorrow,
As these waves drown my cries.
Brutally I’m thrown helplessly
Out into the roughest and most
Darkest of all seas.

Alone and forgotten as life goes on,
No one to help me keep
My head above these swells.
By myself, I’m struggling
To keep from going under.

When all is darkest and the
Coldest of all, no hope
For me to carry on,
With a feeling my life,
Is so long and forever gone.

From deep down within my
Empty soul, a voice I do not know,
Softly and kindly spoke to me,
As if my only friend…..

Off in the distance, so far from me,
A shining light so bright
Is what I can barely see,
Leading me safe and secure
To the serenity of life’s shores.

An Endless Morrow

As the end draws near
Due to the war of the beast
From the sky falls an endless tear
As the arrow falls from the east

Ripples form on the water surface
As our wings take flight
The Earth resurfaces
As the sun shines bright

Where would we fall?
Hero of the morrow
Who should answer the call?
As the world drowns in sorrow

We are loved my friend
Blessed by Gaia herself
With this love she descends
We must prepare ourselves

Our wish for tomorrow will shatter our soul
As we watch the world crumble down below
The world itself has given up on her goals
This is our fate we sadly know

The ripples in the water is tainted with blood
Gone are the trees she loves
Her sorrow covers us with a great flood
Her warning of what happens when push turns into shove

Our dreams are gone
Our pride is no more
The end has already been drawn
By the beast and their war

With this she offers a silent plea
To preserve the beauty we all see
She asks us to end her misery
She asks us to make her free

To the green we all once knew
To the blue that calms the heart
To the birds that once flew
With this mission we depart

The wind shall speak of our return
For the morrow is filled with a pact
In our hearts a passion will burn
As we begin to act

To become the blue that quenches the sky
The Earth will once again foster a life
Shall we become the hero of the rye?
With this we end the war and its strife

Heaven awaits the faithful departed
Our eternal slumber shall become uncharted

Self discovery

On a voyage across a vast
sea of discovery. The tide is
turning through winds of
change, now every day shall
not be the same.

My crashing waves with in
my mind are turned to calm
waters, the air is still and the
water stiller. with a clear view
of the horizon and opportunity
rising.

The whirlpool ceases turning
and my mind is at rest, this
whirling mess can new be
addressed.

From the deep blue sea I break
the surface, gasping a fresh new
start its a chance to make a whole
new me.

I'm discovering many things
as the storm water calms, its
time to find the true man I am.

The Living Water

The Living Water “13LORD, you are the hope of Israel; all who forsake you will be put to shame. Those who turn away from you will be written in the dust because they have forsaken the LORD, the spring of living water.” Jer 17:13 NIV Come to the Living Water Quench your great thirst today. Take of the bread of heaven, God’s words will show you the way. They are spirit and they are life, Giving strength to our spiritual nature. There’s a science of redemption In each story and its picture. The Living Water will be with us Throughout all eternity. Our dear Redeemer and Intercessor Blotting out our sins in heaven’s sanctuary. As we meditate upon the Savior We desire to be transformed. The Living Water washes over us, Crippled energies with life freshly adorned. The Living Water lies within the well; His well of words to us; Spoken through scribes and prophets, And the whole of Nature’s prospectus. The Living Water is life-giving; Why do so many want to die; Chase after inanimate objects, Such ‘pie in the sky’? The Living Water is refreshing To the soul and to the heart. Come drink of the Living Water Eternity to impart. Visualize the life of Christ, And His willing sacrifice; Be transformed by the Living Water; Is there really another choice? UNKNOWN TIME

It was a miserable day out
once during the hot summer
all through the evening
I heard only the children playing outside;
I looked out through my window
to recollect my childhood days..
something i found at that moment
a smile on my face
with tears in my eyes
I imagined that was a life otherside.

I saw the sun to settle down but
that evening the moon didn't wake up
The stars were somewhere in the sky
that day it was out of sight through naked eyes.
A calm environment made someone's whisper louder
moment later a strong wind breaking that whisper
making miserable haunted clattering sounds outside.
Again i looked through my window
now i found the environment has changed
from a hot sunny day to a dark lightning evening;
drops of water falling from the dark thunder clouds.
I experienced three different situations on the same day
from a miserable summer day to a calm evening
from the calm evening to a haunted dark night.

I closed my eyes and counted from hundred to one
'it had been a miserable day
once during the hot summer;
It had been a painful life
once making a long journey'
'all through the evening
i heard only childrens' playing outside;
all through my life
i heard my own voice from inside'
'i looked through my window
to recollect my childhood days;
I asked my own heart
where i found only one name'
something I found at that moment
a smile on my face
with tears in my eyes
I imagined that was a life otherside.

I closed my eyes and counted from one to hundred-
I realized day by day my love to her perished down
this realization brought me a new life
but i found no love left within me
until i learnt there were no more water left in my eyes.
i met that unknown time when i heard another whisper
but moment later love brought me a natural death.
again i asked my heart
now i found it answered something has changed
from love to the coldest end.
I picked up the broken glasses and tried to see my own face
the images i got are solely all different.
and I'd rather remember it as it was at its best than mend it
and see the broken glasses as long as I live.

GOD the farmer

                                                (4/14/12)

We live to love - we love to live
There is so much we have to give.
For every seed that GOD has planted
Another life has been granted.

Every seed on this earth
Will create a brand new birth.
He is the farmer - the giver of life
The crops he plants will suffice.

He planted the stars that shine at night
Gave us the sun - hot and bright.
He gave us water to quench our thirst
And gave us this water to cleanse the earth.

He planted seeds of knowledge in our brains
So if we had to - we could make the change.
He planted the seeds in the female wombs
So that life would not end to soon.

These are some of the things this farmer has given
He has made this life worth living.

The Age Old Problem Of Trash

History takes us back, two thousand years ago,
People walked and rode, where'er they had to go.
News would travel slow, and folks would gather roun',
To hear the latest thing, passed from town to town.
Cities had a well, where water could be drawn,
Families lived in homes, without a yard or lawn.

A common thing like trash, was something of a chore,
None had rubbish cans, to sit out by the door.
Carried to a cart, drawn outside the city wall,
Where a pit of fire, was made to burn it all.
All lived day to day, with smoke and ash about,
Protection from disease, the fire could ne'er go out.

Now there's a City built, untouched by human hand,
The folks of olden days, called it Beulah Land.
It has walls and gates, and flowing water too,
And every home afffords, a quite spectacular view.
The Builder there is wise, and never let's trash in,
The disease it causes has a name, known to Him as sin.

The news has traveled slowly, even on modern earth,
The trash of deadly sin, is spread to all at birth.
Now Gehena was the word, they called their fire pit,
The 'never ending fire', the title seemed to fit.
The Builder made a pit, of fire to burn as well,
Far away from Beulah, a place we know as Hell.

The source of sin is Satan, rebellious from the start,
He corrupts each man, from deep within the heart.
So Hell was made for Satan, to rid the world of sin,
And on the day of Judgment, he will be cast in.
The Builder sent His Son, to cure us all from sin,
Starting from the heart, He cleanses us within.

This miracle must start, while we yet draw breath,
Whether young or old, but surely before death.
Sin is from within, staining soul and spirit,
The Son can throw it out, eternal fire to sear it.
But once the body dies, with sin stain still in place,
Sin and soul entwined, the fire of Hell will face.

A morbid picture true, but not the Builder's plan,
He made in Beulah Land, a home for every man.
He loves us everyone, enough to keep us free,
Allowing everyone, to choose their destiny.
How can anyone, such a marvelous Gift receive?
The Builder's price is this, simply just believe.

Mans lust for beauty

It is this of the mind that drives us crazy.
This beautiful lady of time that makes me wildly insane.
It is that of her skin I see lying here next to me.
That of her lips to mine as I dream of what could be.
It is a lust of beauty that portrays me.
As I hear her words haunting me.
It is them words to which makes me bleed.
Not that of real blood but my heart instead
It is there it runs like water through my soul.
As I seek to find my own soul.
Her curves excite me beyond my control.
Like that of morning dew, she brings sunshine in.
Like that of the heavens above, the stars shines brightly in.
She is like an angel of God’s best sent.
As she stills my heart in prep.
It’s there I want to feel that tummy tight.
Not just the ripples but the baby inside.
It’s that of her thighs I want to feel.
As I crawl up in between them with excitement spent.
It is that of her smile I see.
When I close my eyes in sleep.
But that of her cheeks I want to feel.
As I hold her close to me.
It’s her eyes of beauty that doesn’t lie to me.
As she said she wants to be forever in life with me.
But it’s a lust of beauty to which consumes me.
As she quenches the fire from within me.
It isn’t of water but gas instead.
As it flames high and shows my heart of pure red.
It’s there I love her with all my heart.
As she shines light in the deepest part.
But it’s there she means the world to me.
As I dream of a lust of beauty being here next to me.
And never being lonely in life again.
But be as two and making life happy again.

Where did the water go?

Where did the water go, tell me where
The windows of heaven were open
Yesterday the rains fell in flood here
And the thunder shook all heaven
But where did the water go
O where did the water go?

Where did the water go through the sand
Where does it sit among melting rocks
Where does the wind take it from the land
For no boat floats higher from the docks
So where did the water go
O where did the water go?

Where did the water go, there's no cold
To make again the white cliffs of snow
The water is melting, shrinking the pole
The trees are dying, dying so slow
But where did the water go
O where did the water go?

Where did the water go, forests sigh
In the heat of the shriveling sun
Green house gasses seal tightly the sky
Deserts increase, and where shall we run
No place between sand and sea
The water rises from ice steadily

Where did the water go, tell me where
When Noah's flood was gone, and shall it
Again appear since there's a rainbow here
Shall I a steward make men destroy it
The green earth of my faith? O
Say, where did the water go?

A lesson best learned

                                   A Lesson best Learned

Love is the entity in which
We are created from;
So Beautifully
As Pure and Sweet as
Honey combs!
Deep as the ocean floors;
In as quick as a flowing Brook steam.
Just as thy water covers thee earth;
She too loves without Limits
And So…so abundantly
For water is peaceful and tranquil

Patient for Change
She transforms from any and all circumstance;
Just to make its way
A little bit closer to you!
She misses you.
She calls upon His Holy Name;
When it seems you have drifted
A little too far
She blows from her own tune.
Listen!
And hear thy Word
And I groove to it ever so softy.
Her rhythm of love nurturer you;
And when the storm gets to hard to bare!
She carries you back to shore.
She teaches you with all thy might!
Her intimacy with our Heavenly Father
Stimulates your Faith in Him!
She dwells in Heavens View,
And placed amongst the up-most
Clouds of Grace.

To my Guarding Angel
I say unto you, Thank you!
“While favouor can be deceitful
And beauty may be vain:
But a woman that feareth the Lord,
She shall be praised.”
Give Her of the Fruit of her hands;
And let her own works praise her
In the Gates.”(proverbs 30,31)

Jesus of Galilee

I walked one day where Jesus trod
In a village along the shore
I stood upon a sloping hill
Where he preached to five thousand or more

I ventured out onto the sea
Where Peter and John plied their trade
With mine own eyes I saw the place
Where Jesus taught and disciples made

I viewed the hills panoramic
Stoic, stately, still, and compact
From this backdrop He gave meaning
To faith, hope, and love so abstract

I recalled Peter and the others
When a fierce wind they had to face
Then came Jesus on the water
Extending His hand of saving grace

I thought of how much in common,
Though it’s been two thousand years
We have with those who lived in that day
How Jesus still can calm our fears

Jesus did not consider great
Those holding power in their hand
But had respect and compassion
For the weary who worked the land.

I was there with many travelers
In their tears I discovered a clue
In each was a burdensome story
We had only told to a few

The Miracle and The Cross

When Jesus turned the water into wine
Water placed in purification pots fine
The servants drew wine no ordinary taste
Best wine was saved for last, showed his fate

Water placed in purification pots fine
Water pots for ceremonial wash time
Best wine saved for last showed his fate
Then he hung on the cross outside the gate

Water pots for ceremonial wash time
The servants drew wine no ordinary taste
Then he hung on the cross outside the gate
When Jesus turned the water into wine

(From the "Bible" John chapter 2. This is an attempt at a Rondel. Thanks for the challenge.)

The Waves

Do you hear those waves crashing on the shore?
You might say someone was slamming at your door.

Oh, what I would give to ride those waves so high,
And never again to the shore draw nigh.

I would give money or even fame,
For a chance of those waves to tame.

I hear them crashing on the shore,
And it is those waves that I long for.

Soon that day will come when I will try my best,
To lie in the trough and rise with the crest.

When that crest pushes into the sky,
I will most nearly be able to fly.

I will ride the waves out to sea
The shore, I will no longer see.

I will whip the tide with my hands,
And from great distances see many lands.

For in the oceans I will stay,
Until I am called home for aye.

Yes, I would rather live and die in those waters of the world,
Than to spend another second on dry soil.

I would ask you to go with me on my quest among the fishes,
However, I am sure you are too young and have had better wishes.

Therefore, the old man left on that mornings tide,
Whipping that water as if it were his child’s own hide.

The old man left never to return,
As he reached the horizon he gave the water one last churn.

Up he flew with the greatest of ease,
Then down he floated like a cool summer breeze.

That was the last I ever saw of the old man,
Nevertheless, as I grow older I am beginning to understand.

His thoughts were pure and true at heart I know.
It was his destiny to the sea he must go.

I sometimes wonder where the old man could be,
But I do not worry for it is not in the sea.

No my friends, he was called home long ago.
For it is with Jesus that he does now stroll.

I'll be there

You wake up crying..
Your heart is choking you and you feel like dying.
The pain that you try to contain..
The pain that you try to explain..
But no one hears your quiet screams.
It seems, your buried your heart so the beats can be calm.
But all I ask is that you bury your heart in my palms.
Like the air you might not see me, but you can breathe me
And believe me, I'll always be there whenever you need me.
You died in my eyes
So your soul flows with my tears when I cry.
You buried your past into the ground and the pain grew into a rose.
I water it with the tears of my memories so it can grow.
Give me your heart so I can hold it
I love you like God loves the Devil, but he doesn't like to show it.
I'll hug you like a tree hugs the ground.
I'll hug you like the sky hugs the clouds.
Your heart oozes
It's covered in scotch tape and bruises.
I hold it carefully to cover the cracks
And everyday you go through a gentle heart attack.
I'll always be there like an organ in your body.
I'll always be there whenever you need somebody.
I dry your tears from the feathers of your wings
Your heart is warmer than the devil in the spring.
You're an angel in disguise
You've been tangled through the lies
You shine like a rainbow in my eyes every time when you cry.
There's a garden in your face
And every time you cry, you water them in place... the roses in your cheeks.
There's a puddle of pain in your dimples that I drown in.
Let my words erase the pain that you've been through.
Your heart is the only thing I commit to
Just know that I'll always be there..

No more rain

There once was this Baby-blue flower
That I use to know
If she didn’t get water
There was no chance for her to grow
Well, Baby-blue was planted
Where no water flowed near
It was only rain that fed her
Hardly any came one year
It left Baby-blue wilted and dying
But, she pulled herself through
Managing to survive
On nothing more than the dew
Deciding while feeling weak and uncared for
Just too finally give up
Along side of Baby-blue
Popped sweet Buttercup
By him, Baby-blue was mesmerized
And felt under a trance
Thinking it’s worth holding on
To give life with Buttercup a chance
Sweet Buttercup helped Baby-blue
That back then, he did not know
Just by sharing life with her
He saved her from death row

The Storm

This is a storm I haven't seen still I stand on those promises, Psalms 37:25 Yeah I stand on the words of the father, these waves can't harm ya you just gotta endure a little longer, the faith of a mustard seed is what I was giving by the farmer, and this monster is looking like a lochness how do I navigate I'm trying to make it out this mosh pit caution, I gotta watch my steps but still I know they're ordered can't stand in this season for too long I might get charged with loitering, the hail is pouring in what do you do then, when it's clear your situation is looking like Daniel in lions den or Jonah in the belly of that fish, you're a child of the king so it's best that you submit, never forget didn't he bring you out that last one, What's different from this? Uncharted waters, help is on the way if you can make threw the first quarter, the water runs deep but that covenant is perfect, the same water Christ walked on you can survive if you're submerged in

The Watcher

The Watcher
The Watcher
When the seventeen men neared the end of the bridge only one remained in
sight all the others were lost in the shadow from the moonlight. He was dressed
in tattered cloth; homespun gray, and eaten by the moth of strang decay

“No livery”, He cried “no making strides in death” “my life has ended on this
bridge?”
There is a plaque in place to mark this day it says on

The Plaque

Friday June 13, 1864 PFC Dreardon Age 14 was marking time in a prisoner
exchange at BENTON creek when he was shot by Federal Forces. The miniball
penetrated his left sleeve and took off his arm. He bled to death.
His body was torn and bleeding so forlorn the tatters of his homespun sleeve
stayed hung upon his stump of arm there.
War is something no one cares for Mr. Sherman.
MOFW 1964, June 13 Commerative

The watcher was on the water making footprints on the surface when the Federal
Forces under Sherwood marched into the History. He seldom interferes with
history but makes the markers seem to be the truth. He saw the miniball tear off
the soldiers sleeve the man had been a prisoner just released this crime is not
unpunished the man that pulled the trigger is lying in the river at the Watchers
feet. The Watcher broke his prime directive and almost gleefully erected the
YANKEE soldier in the mud.
A Watcher is no more A Watcher for when he acted he lost his power over water
and he stands upon the battlements no longer but He is tearless in his vigil of
the bridge.
Every Friday on the 13th of the Month of JUNE of every year that has its ending in
a FOUR, he gives a shudder of relief certain that his judgment has not been
ignored.
The rebel soldier gives a rebel yell and leaves the bridge.
The Yankee minion that has shot him just turns over once and lies back in the
mud. For this is judgment.
The Watcher roars.

All night the rain

All night the rain poured and poured and poured
I could not imagine a sky's heart broken so
Loudly the trees sobbed, and winds also roared
Some loneliness in me rose too to overflow

No stars nor moon nor any light from heaven came
A dark cloud consumes the forms and shapes
And in the blackness everything appears the same
Out of my heart a shudder, a horror escapes

To ponder if this cloudburst stays and never cease
The water rising from ponds, rivers, and the sea
And Orion widening and widening to show the east
Preparing the fire for the beast, and we cannot flee

The fire after the water coming, and the rain all night
And trees shaking to show the earth vibrating
And prayers found in us revives anew the old delight
Man and God intersects and sweet interceding.

First Trial

He says we must take up our cross
to follow him and that his yoke is easy.

One must hole back the rushing river
made from desire melting at the peak.
Standing, awaiting, the wall of water.
To hold it back. To keep it from allowing to grow
terrible and evil things in the fertile soul.
Yet every moment, the weight increases.
The Son melts the cold, hardened ice
to give the soul liberty from its threshold.
Eventually, at long last, it lessens.
The soiled water begins to evaporate
as the Son continues to work.
It heats the water asunder into ether.
The fist burden is through,
but what water passed through your grip
has begun to cultivate evil below.
Evil that grows in the soul
is tougher to destroy than
that of the infertile peak.

Alas, another trial awaits.

Howling

Listen!...Hear the howling icy wind
Old man with white hair and beard
You with water, melted snow trickling
Down your side coursing to the lake

How high are you? Reaching the heavens
Such a strong tower, protector of game
People can run to you strong Rock
Clouds boil over your white hair and beard

Possible new snow will come from above
Coating your hair and beard with new white
That provides the stream with water come spring
Stream that forms the cool, clear water of that River

JUST ANOTHER ONE OF THOSE DAYS(NO SENSE IN WORRYING)

As of tomorrow the our phone service is going to be off
and we have fallen behind on the power bill,
Since the holidays are approaching things with us have been tough
only just a hand-full of people know how we feel.
The cupboards are bare and empty
there is hardly any food to eat,
My little three year old son tells me that he is hungry
I then must get up and try to find him something to eat.
Thank God he loves peanut butter sandwiches!
if he did not we would be in trouble,
Thank God he even loves ham and bologna sandwiches!
if he did not we would be in serious trouble.
My husband needs to have a root canal
but the procedure is just so expensive!
He has opted instead for the dentist to just go on ahead and pull the tooth out
that way it will not be so expensive.
But, he still cannot come up with the needed cash
therefore, he has to wait until another time,
I do not know for how long our family can continue to last
because we are really experiencing some hard times.
We are still doing without running water in our home
it has been off for a year and two months now,
I do not know when my husband is going to get running water back in our home
but I tell you what, having to haul water is wearing my body down.
The times may seem so bleak and uncertain
but at least we are facing everything head on as a family,
The Lord above will eventually ease the weight of our burdens
just as long as we pray to Him and just continue to believe.
There is no use in me sharing any tears
there is no use in me getting all riled up and mad,
All I need to do is just take in a deep breath and just deal
with the situation that is at hand.
It is not going to be like this for always
things are going to look up soon,
Straight ahead of us are much better days
and they are coming upon us real soon.
Just one of those days, no sense in worrying
because everything is going to be all right.

Banquet

You have filled our cups to overflowing
and broken bread with your loving kindness showing
prepared a banquet of Truth upon which we dine
and nourished us with the Spirit of your wine

You do supply with the fare that we need
the endless bounty to sustain us do you feed
fruitful is the table where you have us led
so starving is the world who dine not upon your Bread

Take eat for his body broken was for you
and drink for the wine of his Spirit only True
you must ingest his teaching Word by Word
assimilate to understanding what you've heard

We must consider and upon your law reflect
till comprehension can lead path to circumspect
for with you is where all knowledge can be found
that like rain does water all our ground

God has richly furnished fodder to his sheep
led them to the water that slakes a thirst so deep
with guidance to astounding meadows fair
for he wishes with you his enlightenment to share

He did empty the heavens of his Son
so the sharing of his table could be won
for everlasting Life does fertilize our ground
and to partake of his Spirit we be found

Would I Do It Anyway?

I’ve often wondered, if it weren’t written in the Bible
Would I have done it anyway?
Would I have given the same honor to my mother and father
And faithfully reverenced God every Sabbath day?

Would I have upheld my code just as passionately
In treating others as I’ve always hoped to be?
If I hadn’t read it or been told it was proper
Would I still be praying each night on bended knee?

At the altar, was it the mouthing of written vows
That kept me loyal and faithful to my wife?
Or only for the command having been chiseled in stone
That I’ve not taken another man’s life?

As a country, why only after laws had been written
Were women finally permitted to cast a vote?
And blacks given the freedom that should never have been taken
What were we pretending back then not to know?

Some opine man to be inherently good
Believing God’s word is written upon the tablets of their souls.
If true, then why all the lying and cheating and hate crimes
And why the distinction between friends and foe?

Bump a cup full of water from the table,
And it’s no surprise when only water spills to the floor
For we intuitively know, what’s been poured in will spill out
No sane man would expect anything more.

Likewise, we are all “full of”…something
Vessels brimming with both virtue and sin.
And when life “bumps” us what spills out will surely reveal
The content of the character we hold within.

When a pickpocket meets a saint he sees pockets,
And when a saint meets a sinner, he sees God’s child.
For it’s the lens of our souls that determines our sight
And how we see others always reflects what’s inside.

So, if God wrote anew, “You’re free to do as you wish
Forget the joys of heaven, and fear not the fires of hell.
Treat all men and women as your heart sees fit
With no future rewards to gain and no sword of justice to be felt.”

If, after such a command was written, you carried on
Loving your neighbor as yourself, come what may,
The Golden Rule has already been etched upon your heart
And rest assured, you would’ve done the right thing anyway!

The Bucket

The bucket of youth shiny strong
Designed to reach deep hold large things
It held work, fun, frolic, much wrong
Became worn this bucket that brings

Designed to reach deep, hold large things
A hole appeared now things trickle
Became worn this bucket that brings
The water that's living could flow

A hole appeared now things trickle
It held works, fun, frolic, much wrong
The water that's living could flow
The bucket of youth shiny strong

Blood And Water

Blood and water poured from Christ’s side
In order that we might abide
In Jesus and escape God’s wrath
Led by His Spirit in the path
That saints throughout the ages trod
In order that a loving God
Might save us from eternal Hell
And let us drink from His deep well
Of blood and water poured on the earth
To consummate mankind’s new birth
On Calvary the day Christ died
Blood mixed with water poured from His side

The Empty Pitcher

The empty scared pitcher
Nicked, cracked, and in need of paint
Trying to fill it with water
It leaked on the sink

Spilling forth to wet
The surfaces and the floor
A little prayer to God above
Filled the pitcher with his love

Now repaired and just like new
Water pours forth
Not spilling on the floor
But going forth to people who

Are also filled and repaired
Now they do not despair
But let their water overflow
Others are touched because it shows

My Homeade Raft of Serenity

The water is rippling between my toes
The sunsets beauty is illuminating
I see the glow of pink and orange
Spreading across the oceans bluish green
A flock of birds are flying by
Across the darkening colorful sky
The dark of the night is creeping in
The beauty of the scene is such a sin
The air smells so clean and fresh
Like ripe flowers picked in the spring
And I hear the gentle water splash
That the underwater world brings
So here I am lying down
On my homemade raft
Enjoying this serenity
That god himself did craft
Away from traffic and human kind
No one's around to interrupt me
Allowing myself to clear my mind
And inhale the surrounding beauty.

Four: Decoded

The water wakes that the water makes transforms me into odder shapes other times I turn to brine for sour grapes make the sweetest wine and to all my children, I shall be your villain if the purpose shall arise through my empty thoughts in that empty space, is what I seek in the compromise with the beauty of life endangered, far more after Mother, where is the lady? who cradled me as a baby? whose earthly nature sure bred creation into this creature I came to be when I am lost, or I cannot see I can always rely on me Proud as the man I am I love who I become for I am growing more rapidly that ever thought by anyone I love most the parts, I keep to me for that are what saved me those days, Now I am all that I am the savior of self made Some people call me crazy some people still call my old name some people are calling me a falling angel until one day, that is all left, I am then I shall be unbounded for the better or the worse but know for certain that upon arrival my act shall be well rehearsed.

Come To God's River

Come To The River!

Come to God’s river! It never
shall run day!
Come and drink…
There is a vast supply!

Come to the river! It flows
from God above!
It’s eternal flow is from
 his heart of love!

Come and drink of this water’s
 life giving flow!
This water can completely
make you whole!

Come and taste of the Lord’s
everlasting goodness!
It can bring to your life …
A complete wholeness!

Come and drink his water
that’s every so sweet!
It will quench your eternal thirst
 and make you complete!

Come now and drink!
There’s room for YOU!
The choice is yours…
What will you do?

A Money Pot

A man was frightened and entered into a room,
He fell in the corner and touched a broom,
He read that wording to touch a middle pot,
You can get some money that’s I have lot.

When he touched a pot it grew up a tree,
Please pour me water otherwise you aren’t free.
He picked a pot and starts to search water,
When he found a well he heard a loud laughter,

I need someone’s blood if you need pot water,
Otherwise don’t blame me I have a man slaughter,
He suddenly saw a bird and thought to kill him,
But bird said, you can slaughter me first go and tell him.

He told him to the well, I have a bird to kill,
Do you accept the blood that is only my thrill?
Mice heard the talk and he got a shock,
Why is he killing a bird, he has blood hoick?

Why is your heart n’t kind and have no mercy?
Please forgive him a bird I have a clue courtesy,
I can cut your wein you can donate blood to a well,
I am offering my friendship, that’s my thrill.

He was happy to donate blood and got water a pot,
When he poured water to a tree he laughed lot,
A big fish eats a little never have a mercy thought,
Friendship can solve a problem that’s my money pot.

The Burning Veil

My eyes were opened to a bright red burning veil.
Sun scorched and Moon dried,
It was fried!
But, I brought it some water in a crystal blue pale.
The more it burned higher went the scale,
God knows that I at least tried.
There was just nowhere to hide.
But, I wasn’t about to fail.

I put the veil in the water and made it wet.
I held it to the Sun and the Moon to air dry.
The veil melted and glowed where it was set.
It was sparkling and made me want to cry.
Perception had been weakened to what it really should be.
At least, that’s what the burning veil conveyed to the truth inside of me!

Light of Rain

Mystical showers prepare your heart

As drops of dew from clouds they do part

The being who created all from him

Can no longer suffer from your crying sin

As rain from his eyes cover all to begin

It cleanses your heart as life starts to win

Now is the day for the light to shine through

As the darkness is dead and the good has won you

The deafening tones of hells remorse

Cant over power the saints endless voice

As tears from below turn into steaming bliss

The tears from your soul are ending your abyss

For all to bear arms is the call of the dark

As the end is soon to show her face and embark

Time will stand still when the tears are in form

As the water on your cheek is the end of your scorn

Refreshing your mind as the water runs low

Replenish your heart while its white with its glow

For not too long will turn itself black

As the light from the rain with heed your luck back

Walking on Water

I turn my back and look the other way,
My shadow is a bliss you hope and pray!
I’m walking on water at the stroke of midnight,
Searching for the hope of a breaking daylight!
Everything’s just so incredibly beyond bright!
Closing my eyes to a brand new day,
Shutting down inside and feeling everything just die.
My thoughts surely would make you an empty man inside!
I’m walking on water in the shadows of daybreak,
Searching for the hope of my lost and alone faith!
Everything’s just so outrageously beyond great!
I close my mind to the brand new light of day.
Closing my eyes and just walking away,
But my shadow you hope and pray will surely stay.
I’m walking on water at the peak of nightfall,
Looking for this huge magnificently clear waterfall!
Everything’s just so enormously beyond tall!
I close my eyes and I begin to pray.
My thoughts could surely give hope to all,
For I walk on water on each and every day!

Living Water

Living water makes those soft splashing sounds
As it courses from its source to spread all around

Flowing outward to feed all who come into its bounds
All God's creatures are drawn hearing the course it takes around

The grass springs up by its side where deer can feed
Trees grow tall and healthy offering nesting sights for birds and bees

Living waters start from a small source spreading just like a sound wave
Coursing, running, spreading, nuturing, growing and a place to bathe

This living water is a place to come to nuture and completely restore ones soul
Oh that land where the living waters flow

ANOTHER YES

One time I asked myself what's so hard about being a child of Christ?
is it because I have to fight against the devil everyday of my life?
is it because I'm now saved and living sanctified?
or is it because I refused to sell out and I'm now rectified?
the hardest thing about being in Christ I would profess
is that after the first time, God requires another yes

when you say yes to God it's not a one time event
for it's only by His grace that you are even in His presence
to be a child of Christ you need to advance by little steps
and say yes to all He asks of you, if you desire to be His earthly rep
in the process of time God will tell you to have no fear
for when your well runs dry He will make water appear
for God won't let you thirst nor let you starve and die
He will always provide for on His word you can rely

when Elijah asked that widowed woman for some water to drink
she said yes, that's no problem, what did you really think?
but when he next asked for a little bit of bread
she said I only have enough for one last meal and then I will be dead
as a prophet of the Lord, Elijah wanted another yes
to see if she would commit to God and trust in Him to do no less
her first yes was only a very convenient gesture
but her second yes would have been a show of her true measure

sacrificial commitment and unselfish attitudes
are some of the things God requires of you
step out of your comfort zone
and sacrifice for the heavenly throne

many people tend to treat God like a tire that's a spare
kept in the trunk until we need it there
and when that tire gets us to our final destination
we remove that spare and put it back in hibernation
but God has a plan and He's not just a convenient device
He's the master of our fate and Controller of our lives
you don't really own anything for all you see belongs to God
always give Him another yes and give it from the heart

so when that widowed woman did as the Prophet Elijah did say
God then provided her with food for many, many days
Yes Lord, Yes Lord say it as often as you can
Yes Lord, Yes Lord I put my fate in Your righteous hands
Yes Lord, Yes Lord for You I can do no less
Yes Lord, Yes Lord, ALWAYS ANOTHER YES

Liquid Gold

The tub was quickly filling just like everyday before.
Today, something was different and it burned within my core.

As I was gently lounging, just letting the tub fill
I realized the irony and what a bitter pill.

This water that I'm watching could easily save a life.
This could make the difference for a man, his kids and wife.

I quickly stopped the water out of reflex more than need.
I felt almost ashamed of myself for nurturing my greed.

How can I lie here lounging, just wasting 'liquid gold'
while just a drink would save them, the young as well as old?

The dreams that God has

What does god dream of when his head hits his hand
Is it of St.Lucifer being banned from his land
Is it of Adam and Eve defying the grand
Or is of Earth and the popular demand

God only knows what has come of his mind
As he does relax it covers the blinds
When humans touch his soul the tears they do climb
As the end is drawing near His passion reclines

The creations he made turn out to have sin
For no one he made is as perfect as him
For this he is alone for ever time nearing grim
As the light around his halo is draining to dim

The dreams more like nightmares as time goes on
The tears now flowing as evil gains spawn
Uncontrollable is he from the ancients of dawn
For now is the time his dreams are not born

As the water from his eyes are cast with doubt
The water cannot fill his creations sure drought
The pain he does feel is no longer to mount
For he has no focus as he has lost his count

As his eyes do open from the passion of dreams
Realization sets in as Lucifer does scream
One more time will he try to relinquish the stream
Of tears he did cast that will ever stop the bleed

Don't preach to me part 2

So this is the truth of our golden plate and silver spoon
Do not preach to me!
lead the horse to water
and if the water looks inviting i might drink or go for a swim
and today as we blindly refuse to treach the world population sign language and
selectively numb
as we think we are throw the deaf people away because its their turn to
understand gods love for them
love has become pain
gods love is not pain
the door to forgiveness and make it stop please god is mental anguish
and only we can break the cycle of the wars of our fathers
they refuse to remember
but i havent forgot
they mask it with humor and alcohol
controls and manipulation
because some politician or jking
didnt want gay men
and forced schools to brainwash children through spankings for generations

we have just started to turn that page
Do not preach to me
Do not!
Love is not emotional physical or menatl abuse
Love of my higher power or god has nothing to do with mankind wanting to
control the univers
and their desire to have it revolve around them
so at this nonexistant crime scene of wehy our world is this way
ask yourself if you were a child
and spanked three to five times a day to be forced to love god
and then forced into the real world to marry and have children out of survival
is that not brainwash
and why is our world this way?

some want to go back to the ways of the old
some want to spare the rod but you spoil the child
and sure we supposedly have it easy with silent wars of drugs
and marketted gang wars in the music
and propoiganda everyday
and companies of liars selling us whatever we should buy next
I will not pray to a human sacrifice
or anything linked to slavery and the burning of thousands of women who were
doctors
do not preach to me
for i can humble you
and you can choose to put your head bacjk in the sand
or wait till april fools day again

Heaven

I fly to Heaven on the back of the most glorious and beautiful beings, an
Angel. Its wings lined with elegant gold and a crown of leaves that wave swiftly in
the air. We soar through the silky white clouds and end at the everlasting resting
place, there to hail the Lord our God. The gates open and I see the most
astonishing place. The gardens have slow, trickling water and animals running
unreservedly and feeding on herbal vegetation. Also, they sip from the fountain of
eternal life. The flowers attract my attention with their breathtaking aroma and the
buckeye tree sprouting its bloom. I suddenly feel a warm familiar breeze brush
across my face, reminding me of a past summer. I walk in my milky white,
contented robe to find a beautiful lagoon with waters so blue and so perfectly
clear like the souls of the people present. I dive into the water and momentarily
emerge. Adjacent to my right a dolphin swims. I grab a hold of its tarsal and go
for a ride. I return to the shore where I stood earlier and laid down in the sand. I
watched the clouds move slowly across the sky. The tide flows in leisurely over
my feet, as if massaging them. The sound of the bird overhead and the water
crashing into the shore put me into a tiring, peaceful mood. I awoke a while later
to the sound of a familiar tune I have heard once before and then I walked with a
friend across the beach talking of everything we discovered about the enchanting
place, and we were joyful that this is where our lives will be spent, in this blissful
place.

Natures Soldier

Formation of water appearing on his head

Lying lifeless the beads of cold run down to his heart

Beatless it waits for any sign of life

Like a rose, his body insists for the morning sun

His soul left him not 2 hours ago

Cut down short by a dagger in his chest

The lonely water propells into his wound

Cleansing it of remorse and guilt

Too later, he cannot feel the healing power of nature

As dawn breaks and the sun beams into his bones

Drying his darkness and relieving his dead mind

The day has cleansed this lost being

Mother nature has kissed his body with her tears

Warmth of the sun has eliminated his evil ways

For now he is part of our world....her world

Decomposing for others to feed off

Good or bad everyone needs to pass

Soon time will get you, and when it does

Will the sun heal your wounds

Or will the water cleanse your soul

Or will it be too late......

UNDER HEAVEN

My salutation still goes
To the people living under heaven
To verily verily versify my words
For generations of beings
To think beyond the earth
Where one will live forever
Living a life of worthy cause

From the days of the man
Who deepens our heads in water
Who sprinkles on us water and bears John
The race for the kingdom above
Has become a Royal Rumble
Only the strong taketh it
By water and fire by HIS grace

Striving to have a place above
Where one will reign with the King
Bowing piously to the King
Of all the ever existed kings

As the gong for my salutation ends
Let all ears be open wide
For the days to the above is horary
It tickles away slowly.

Running Still

Let the purified water fill my soul with his truthful ways,
And the cravings of starvation show me the way to my truth.

That the very breath I take could be my last,
So let me not devour it but to cherish the life I hold in my hands.

In him I find my peace and the will learn to make gone of my miserable anger.
My wrongness in the world will be changed to the knowledge I hold dear.

Knowing I am never alone in the darkest of the deadest hour,
Nor in the pits of the hottest sands where there is no water but empty dryness to
be found.

For when we walk as the blind ones do and as we talk such as those who have
no tongue,
Let us not walk in the evil paths and let us not bower of speeches we do not
believe in.

For when we are stabbed with such a blade of hate do not wound it up and hide it,
But to let the blood flow out and heal if it has no regrets to shed upon.

Have our passion on friendships be passed to our corrupted enemies
For we may see the night of Judgment will be lost and forgotten and all will hate
no more.

Fight not toward the flesh of your own bones
nor the beating of our bleeding pains.

Angel's Unaware

Is the knocking at my door a pest
this hot and humid day?
Or just one seeking shade to rest
as he travels on his way.

Asking only if he could sit a spell
in my shaded front yard.
The fact he had no goods to sell
had caught me quite off guard.

He asked of me a drink to spare
from water in my well.
While drinking he began to share
God, and a burning hell.

As I brake bread with this old gent
with tearful look he said.
I'm thankful for the time you've spent
for the water and the bread.

I'm tired but I must get on the roads
stretching his weary back.
Thinking me for lightening his load
but alas he had no pack.

With deeds and words we do and say
showing others that we care.
In life while helping others we may
entertain an Angel unaware.

Mind of Nature

When smoke was rounding in a cycle,
Sunrays were shining on Earth,
Carbon dioxide and oxygen got its birth,
A first drop of water touched the Planet.

On his first day,
When water started to vaporise,
Gases and chemicals produced a seed,
Steam opened mind of nature.

When smoke converted in to clouds,
Rain touched the burning heart of soil,
Nature took time to balance planets.

When days and Nights got pregnancy,
Time became a first child of nature.
Seeds delivered their hearts,
After Rain, first time frogs played music.

The Earth became a world,
Trees, insects, animals and human,
Got their birth, as well as,
Time provides them colours.

To Walk On Water

To Walk On Water

To walk on water
To walk on water
to kill a giant
with a stone
to have a home
and not a house
to be a man
and not a mouse
to love a woman
and have my love returned,
would I be a murderer or not.
I will never know.

Lilies of the Covenant (Part II)

“We will clear the ground of all rubble. We will plow the earth and break up her
clods, so that the vine will take deep root and flourish throughout the land. The
hills will be covered with its shade; even the mountains with he mighty cedars
will be shadowed under its branches, sending out its boughs to the sea of reeds
and its shoots to the Euphrates. May her hedges never be hewn again, and let
her boundary lines fall for us in pleasant places. May her walls never be broken
through, so that boars from the forest and all the wild creatures may not pluck its
tender grapes.”
“Watch over this vine you will plant with your right hand, and so shall
our sons be ...well nurtured. They shall blossom like the lily, and our daughters
shall be like corner stones, like beautifully carved pillars adorning a palace with
their capitals cast as trumpets in the shape of lilies. So shall they be in rows
when the city is rebuilt. Our garners shall be full, and our vats shall overflow with
the fat of the land. There will be no more breaching of the walls within our gates,
and our fortunes will not go into captivity again.”
And when the entire host of people had shouted, “Amen!” it rained a great
rain, the former and the latter rain together, and singing and dancing
accompanied the sounds of land and sky. The wilderness was turned into pools
of water and parched ground into water springs; so their thirst was quenched
with wines and their hunger filled with grapes, and their captives were brought
again to tend their own vineyards in the land where trumpets are heard one
more; the straight trumpets are seen arrayed by the palace in the beautiful city,
and there they celebrate God, for the seed and fruit both sown and reaped in just
one day.

It is Good (Part I)

In the beginning God created the Heaven and the Earth
But He didn't make the world in just one day,
For darkness was upon the face of the deep,
And the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.
There was no sky. There was no dry ground #1

There was no vegetation, no sun, no moon, no stars.
There were no land creatures.
There was neither man nor woman,
But on the first day, God said, "Let there be light."
And there was only light yet God saw that it was good. #2

Separating the light from the darkness
He called the light "day" and the darkness "night",
And so there was evening and morning, the first day. #3

Yet the earth was formless and empty
So on the second day God called an expanse between the waters
And separated the water under the expanse from the water above it.
He called the expanse "Heaven". It was so. #4

On the third day with His Word God gathered the water under the sky
To one place and dry ground appeared, which he called "Earth". #5

The gathered waters He called "seas",
And God saw that it was good. #6

He also told the land to produce seed-bearing plants
And trees bearing fruit with seed in it. It was so,
But still there was no sun, no moon, no stars. #7

There were no sea creatures, no birds and no land creatures.
There was neither man nor woman;
Yet, God saw that it was good. #8

But because the day and night had no governors,
On the fourth day God commanded lights in the heaven
To separate day and night and serve as signs
To mark the seasons, days and years, and it was so. #9

There were two great lights, the sun to rule the day
And the moon to rule the night. He also made the stars
And set them in the expanse to give the land light. #10

Jesus

Jesus walked on water and he turned water into wine.
He's the son of God and he's your savior and mine.
It would've been wonderful if we could've witnessed his birth.
If you feel unloved, please remember that Jesus loves everybody on Earth.
