Your Love, My Hope

Make little angel smile As you embrace me, Against the mortal enemy, Trapped inside my body; With her, share your time For mine’s lost under a brutal Silence of white linen; Paint my portrait before her eyes, If one day, I succumb to eternity; But for now, lift my trampled heart, With your touch of love, my hope.
