Yes-Men and Money

From behind the leather chair Dictating orders, not here, there Pointing, yelling, demanding His presence, his money commanding Yes-men fumbling, stumble to be first Resembled blessings, hidden curse Rising and falling the market unsure Counting heartbreaks more to endure The money train derailed a ways back Leaving a trail of none intact Contradictions, predictions of greedy hands The love of money expands

So well conceived and rendered... I love '...yes-men fumbling, stumble to be first resembled blessings, hidden curse' superb assonance and couplet rhyming. Well done Danetta! Best wishes, Keith

So well conceived and rendered... I love the rhyming and cadence. Some really powerful phrases... '...yes-men fumbling, stumble to be first,' '...contradictions, predictions of greedy hands,' examples of in-line rhyming. Cool! Best wishes, Keith 7
