Will You Be Mine
Friend, confidant,
now lover of mine
I prayed for you
asked God for a sign
With your poetic pen
and creative mind
with your support and voice
I found mine
Revealed first in melody,
then in rhyme
verse after verse
line after line
My soul-mate, my friend
in you, I see no end
I have life again
with you... I am...
