What Secrets Can Closed Doors Hide
We're affected every day
By emotions will life play
Changing our world instantly
As the days go differently
Spinning each life round and round
Never knowing what is found
Behind doors of families
That are closed so we can't see
If happy lives are being lived
From the love that's being give(d)
Smiles and laughs being heard
There is never a harsh word
Being taught the values of
Lose the hate and win with love
Or is it the opposite
As families are getting hit
And abused cause no one knows
This hatred just grows and grows
Into bad despair and violence
That is never being silenced
It is really hard to tell
Who's life is heaven or a hell
So don't think because you see
Happy smiles daily
There is not a lot of sorrow
They are handed each tomorrow
So don't judge or criticize
What you see before your eyes
Thinking their days are pure joy
Because it is a decoy
From whats really happening
Behind secret doors within
