Vow

When faith decides to bring you love
Flown on the wings of a dove
When you look into each others eyes
You see the sun, moon and skies
Love endures it never dies
Love comes from deep in the heart
Two souls joined together, never apart

When faith decides to bring you love
Flown on the wings of a dove
When you walk down the highway of life
Joined together as husband and wife
A place where destiny joined your hands
As you place these wedding bands.

Phyllis Babcock Date: 9/29/2012 9:28:00 AM I know that love and dove are two over used words in poetry. I feel that weddings are about love and dove seems to be the main bird used in wedding pictures. Therefore I used both and who cares what is overused after all it is my poem, my thoughts.
