No danger in Vuillard's fame fading, Brian. This poem should be placed beneath his work. I did not know about his mother's seamstress skills. It is a hobby I enjoy as well. Was on staff at Monmouth U. as a costume designer for years. Doubt my "creations" could ever inspire such a masterpiece though. Great work! Love, Carolyn

And now because of you Professor Strand, it shall not fade with us. Thank you! Art history taught in poems is the best way to learn, well the most enjoyable anyway! Love, Shar

Absolutely wonderful! As usual an art lesson in the morning. I love it. In just these few lines you let us know the entire story and give us a great visual. A wonderful way to share your love of the arts... by being an artist yourself. Smiles from Lolita
