Under Water Catacomb
Solid ice ranges and the shallow sea kept me alive,
For eon's I enjoyed the ice age while the sea bumped the shores,
Watched summer melt ice in glaciers and rain clouds turn to ice
Cyclic events kept us live to every ones joy.
Then came the insatiable greed for humans sustainable need,
Releasing energy beyond their generated lazy creed,
Raising water levels activate open fissures,
Releasing buried energy with new rampant destruction.
I was the last true landmark standing on fragile ice blocks,
Engulfed I submerge in the warmth of the sea for ever.
