Unauthorative Judgement - Luke 6: 37
Sinners describes all of mankind
not one day when we don't sin
but we think we've right to judge
forgetting state we're already in
We are so quick to judge others
shows our mind a total contradiction
these two states can't stay together
look into our heart read conviction
Scripture clearly says to judge not
look at log in your own eye
before seeing the speck in others
allow your conscience to clearly cry
Be filled instead with loving compassion
willing to truly forgive and to forget
Jesus said forgive seventy times seven
show that mercy and meekness have met
Remember we've all fell in Adam
but in Christ forgiven and made anew
so show no unauthorative judgement
it has no place in me or you!
(Luke 6:37 (KJV)
Judge, not, and ye shall not be judged; condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive and ye shall be forgiven.)
