Tortoise and Ant-Hill
TORTOISE AND ANT-HILL
Tortoise: this thing that looks so much like me
What are you good in?
Do I benefit that you have a hunch-back like me?
Or that you don’t puzzle me each time I have the-
Inclination to climb on top of you
Even if fortuitously I succeed
Won’t I be a tragedy in coming down?
Or is it the goodies you have, that I benefit from?
Ant-hill: I’m good as a faithful instrument-
Used for protection, but never in charge
And is because of people like you
Now, let me ask you tricky being!
If you are in my shoe, won’t you-
Try to be in charge?
So, I’m good at, what you are good in
And I’m bad at, what you are bad in!
