These steps will be very good for you.
Begin exercise as well too.
Start something you would like to do.
A doctor see, a doctor see.
And make sure you get good-night sleep.
Relax your mind, don't let stress creep.
Strive for joy & great attitude keep.
Have fun don't weep, have fun don't weep.
