Oh, me, that smile it shines a mile those lips so sultry sweet that mane of hair so rich and slick disheveled, still a treat! Your eyes of blue oh, what a hue a glacier full of fire those teeth that flash a pearly white a dream wrapped in desire Your voice....the silk the velvet plush of luxury divine the way it trembles on each note what it does, I can't define the way you move the way you shake the way the rhythm flows I move, I groove my body melts a rush that glows and glows My answer'd be to question asked "Tell me dear, are you lonesome tonight?" "No, I am not You're not forgot These thoughts still bring delight." Eileen Manassian! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GanoEE7VUc Elvis at his finest! OH!!!

Reading you today reminds me of how difficult it is to read everyone and everything rewarding; so little time, so much talent. I try and will continue to try discovering and commenting on all the talent to be found on PS. This is a wonderful write, I love the flow, the rhyme, the content and MUST read more, my emotions and joy level require it! CayCay

Ahhh and even the men loved him! Great showman and singer (I loved the voice). We (especially my sister) knew most of his songs by heart. No, dear, it's not fair that anyone should suffer the ordeal of lonesome nights! Hugs // paul

Now where ever did you find that video of me? Loved the poem. When I saw the video, I laughed when I see the 2 women give each other the evil eye, I said wow, there is a second poem there for sure!!! Hugs!!

Is there a contest going on this? I'm not aware of it. Someone send me a youtube link to one of his songs, and I was reminded how much I like him....and this was the result. I don't know of any contest. Please enlighten me, dear. Thanks

I love the Elvis reference, it adds a bit of nostalgia to the piece. A woman like you should neve be lonely!

Yes, he did live a troubled life. Fame can do that to anyone, I guess. He has recorded gospel music...which has his signature touch. Thanks for the visit, dear.
