The Torah Blessing

The Torah Blessing “8For thus says the LORD of hosts, "After glory He has sent me against the nations which plunder you, for he who touches you, touches the apple of His eye.” Zach 2:8 NASB God has blessed His people; Calls them, “The apple of his eye.” The Torah blessing is for those— Their Jewish roots they don’t deny. To receive the blessing— Ask God to show you today, His two important Mitzvahs, And from those don’t ever stray. The Torah blessing is found— In God’s laws of love; Not as the world interprets them, But as given to man from above. Since man has changed God’s laws, And tampered with the blessing; Failure to receive it— Comes from God’s non-releasing. God honours charity and kindness. He rewards those who love him, And seek a Sabbath blessing— That’s where we can begin. Be Gentiles who’ve been adopted— Into the “apple of his eye,” Because Christ’s our example; His Jewish roots, we can’t deny. Ask God to show you— How you can be blessed today. To receive his Torah Blessing— Requires faith and to obey. Let Christ be your example, In everything you do. Most of Christendom fails to receive the Torah Blessing— Don’t you lose it too! Prayer: “Father, I pray for your Torah Blessing. Show me what I must do to receive your blessing, and enable me to obey you and show your love to my fellow man. A-men” Copyright © 2009-2010 Maureen LeFanue www.maureenlefanue.com

You bring such animation and light into these portions of scripture that most don't understand. How sad some think the old testament was done away with. It is there for us to learn from and its secrets are amazing! :)
