The Parcel Shifter

At the station was a handsome parcel shifter... Several parcels on his trolley, and an eye for me. Oh the depth of his blue eyes! Even an ocean would not have that blue... He had his mouth slightly open... to speak? But I was shy and looked down at his parcels, and began counting them in my head as if I were his Inventory Controller... as if he had done something wrong. "Oh yes, five parcels, and you should carry six!" Later, I thought about his mouth, slightly open, and gave him words to say, like, "Where have you been all my life? Let me kiss you in the Parcel Office." Then I would have smiled, and hoped my undies were worthy of inspection. ------------------------------------------------------- 8/5/2015 Contest - Story Sponsor - rob carmack 6th place win
