Lightning Storm
bolts of lightning
crackle
through
gray-blue clouds
the
wind howls,
uplifting
the roof of
the
old red barn
as
the
sleepy cottonwoods
gather in
for
this storm
Lord,
provide them
with shelter
but
keep them from harm
