The Golden Standard Part 1

I don't profess to agree with everything America does, even though it is my country. In fact there are a great many things about America that makes me sick to my stomach, and my fists clench in anger. I remember reading this bumper sticker once. It said "Support America or Get the Hell Out!". I was absolutely appalled by how narrow minded his viewpoint was. There's no such thing as a perfect country. Not as long as there are people behind the stage pulling the strings (which amounts to every nation in the world). To be honest I'm even a little confused when people stand in silence to hear some little girl sing the National Anthem. They say "How noble! How sweet! God bless!". But as of late it's felt way more mechanical than anything even remotely close to sincere. You might be calling me unpatriotic, by now, and wishing for me take back what I said. But please, I beg of you, listen to what I have to say! Presidents always end their speeches with "God bless these United States of America.", cause everyone knows that's what a leader is expected to say. Yet our current president is so ant-god, displaying his hypocrisy so openly, I wonder why no one seems to notice? Or maybe they do notice and are just afraid a drone will attack them straight out of the sky, and that would be the end of it. To be continued on in Part 2...

Hi Tim, I'll read part two before commenting, though on the God bless part, it does act as a reminder that there is someone above, even the president

I understand that. I just find it kinda hypocritical for someone who doesn't believe in God to say that, simply to gain favor when voting.
