Eagle
Spirited eagle flies,
Majestic and royal,
Soaring to great heights,
An awesome magical sight
Spreading wings,
Powerfully she glides,
Higher than any other,
Silently and confidently
Big brown eyes
Looking for prey,
Spectacular displays,
Calling sounds hunt,
Fearlessly swooping,
Without mercy
Attacking prey,
Animals far bigger,
Alone or in her pack.
Hunger drives,
Instinctively killing,
The strength of her beak,
Ripping, tearing meat,
Feeding time begins,
Fledglings await,
Hungry mouths to fill,
Returning to the nest,
This sacred creature,
Nature’s best!
