The Glow Upon My Face
I am a little jeweled stream
with pebbles that don`t shine
yet gentle is my flow
ceaseless and sublime
I am a silent stream
awaiting dawn`s reflecting hue
awaiting tints of molten gold
awaiting love,awaiting you
You come to me,You come to me
A fiery fire- ball standing up high
A blazing flame in lustrous splendour
seducing me from a blue sky
You reach for me,you reach for me
like a bees' honeycomb
your waxmelt light
You pour it tenderly
upon my surface
Leaving its sparkle
filter through pansies
as singing bluebirds
take their first flight.
I welcome you,I welcome you
I wait last embers to be set free
Before night wears its velvet gown
You sink in me ,You sink in me
You are my sunrise, even my sunset
Incadescent star,the moons you grace
You are the painter's
tinsel on canvas
You are the glow upon my face
