The Diamond

An elegant stone cut as one desires into shapes with lovely names such as Princess, Radiant or Marquise, or the actual name of the chosen shape: Round, Pear, Oval or a precious Heart! How divine it would be to have such jewels lavished on me; sparkling round my neck in splendid strands and on my hands lusciously lighting me. For A Brian Strand Visual Poetry Contest

Yvgani talking to Boris - "Vot is dot on your nose, Boris, is it a diamond?" Boris: "No it'snot" Now, don't be angry. I think your poem is priceless, just like that Marquise diamond you're talking about. Love, daver

Nice concrete poem, Andrea...You already shine like the most brilliant diamond! Who needs more debt? Right?...I struggled dearly with my shape poem...Trying to find someone who can help me..I posted it, tried to align the right side...the left side looked perfect...then I threw my hands up and called it quits...divine, really...gwendolen
