Speak To Me

Out on the porch waiting for Your word
Wanting You to just speak to me
For Thee I wait with nature gird
"From dawn to dusk I think of Thee"

As the weight of the cloudy morn
Presses down upon me, I plea
Bless me today_I am reborn
"From dawn to dusk I think of Thee"

The sun is there hidden from view
But tried to peek through red for me.
I thought how each day you renew
"From dawn to dusk I think of thee"

To the brim fill me Lord because
"From dawn to dusk I think of thee"

Sara. Your choice of words when lettering your work is amazing. I love this poem, as I was reading it this scripture stuck in my mind Mathew 6:33

Sarah, I like your poem and its humble reach to the Divine. Your format is solid too. Good job. Thanks for your nice comments about my Kindle of Lights poem. Yes, it does have a religious thought as well. I wrote especially from Debbie Guzzie's perspective, thus the last two lines.
