Soup is inviting and warm And helps you weather any storm With it's hot and steamy flavor Always granting you a favor Giving you a welcome feeling Whenever you are dealing With an awful situation That leaves your head badly reeling Alphabet soup is the best Putting your skills to the test Of finding creative words That can be turned into herds Of sentence creativity In the form of poetry that I find on a great site Every day and every night Soup and poetry together Nothing could be any better Combining warmth and imagery With friends from every geography That always made me feel special From the first day that I signed on To a place that would be A friendly community I am grateful for a group Know as the poetry soup
