being overqualified is just a polite way of saying, that we don't want to pay you what you are worth, been there, done that, I like this simplistic but very true write, take care D-nyce

thank you for reading my poem and for your comment. this was a great piece of poetry, I am just glad that I don't have to worry about working anymore, I retired three years ago. but know the feeling. a great message.

I get the feeling of "useless" here...but...never! Nobody is ever useless, it's only in thier minds. I know the feeling of not fitting in and always just missing something...but it is all in God's plan, that one missed opprotunity, may be the greatest gift ever recieved. Awesome lyric, love Kristin
