Save Our Souls / S.O.S.

What is a soul, this universal Source; which crosses cultures? Few among us will deny least forced the existence, the Sculptor. Is soul the essence of minds eye; or, the one true reality mind denies? What is a soul, a precious gift or curse; which crosses scriptures? Ego’s sole vessel to transverse; the Work in progress, conjures? Is soul the essence mind denies; or true vision of celestial , I.

Very thought-provoking. As this immense amount of thinking and this essence of a hidden message towards all. I love this piece, and the ending left me thinking even more. Such a talented poet you are. Love, Sami.

Someone on the soup write shape poem in the shape of an I, I read it way back in January when I first joined but I remember him asking some of the same questions. I'm sure John Freeman can field this one with flying colors. My answer can't be all that different from yours, plus I'm no preacher, just a seeker.

Debbie, This poem has a peacefulness radiating from your words. The soul, the I, finding the celestial forever...free. I really like the thoughts it brings to my mind. God be with you. Lovingly, Dane
