Savannah In the Sunset
As the Sun went to sleep
in the beautiful blue horizon,
the clouds looked like as though
they were glowing from within
The birds created patterns
in the darkening sky,
as they went back to their nests
Giraffes, gazelles and elephants
decorated the landscape
with their different shades of colors,
as they returned back to their abode
Trees’ barks looked as though
they were burning from fire
that couldn’t consume them;
a natural effect of the Sun’s divine
Sunset glow
This is the place that I discovered
the beautiful art of the Creator;
an art like no other
