Saturday
All the crowds have since departed
With so many now broken hearted
The Savior no longer at their side
As for Our sins He has now died
As His Body lays in the tomb
Everyday life begins to resume
It is a day just like all the rest
As our duties are none the lest
With two guards standing near
Figuring they had none to fear
For who could move such a stone
As down upon it the sun had shone
Yes it is just another Saturday
As the night soon colors it grey
Yes all seems to be so tame
The day before Salvation came
