Sailing Free

On a cool, crisp spring morning There, tossed in the bottom of the boat, Is a life jacket, so bright orange Sea green abyss lay below my vessel With the northern breeze My spirit quietly nestled To invite, and pleased am I , my little sail boat and I thrust onward My sails are free and billowing white Wind in my face, across the deck here, sheer delight The sun is beaming and throwing its shadows this day Just the wind and I, on a journey to nowhere”, I say Not a care Threads of wind brush the blades of my hair

This is beautiful. I can picture it as you bring it to life with your words, great imagery. I love nature and though I have never been sailing I can imagine it to be very relaxing. I can almost feel the wind in my hair. Thank you. Smiles from Lena "Lolita"
