Promise the Moon

When I say "I love you", Should it come with a price? To say I'm thinking of you, Are these words still unwise? I could fall for you a dozen times, And have the wrong words to say. Just tell me that I'm on your mind, At least I hope and pray. I've seen sunsets and sunrises And have spent so much time alone Should love wear no disguises That I may call you my own. If I could have one chance, One moment to be with you, In love's fell clutch of gripping hands I wish to promise the moon. ©2013 Honestly JT

Justice, I must say. In my opinion, this is the most beautiful of all your poems. So beautiful and dreamy. Absolutely lovely!
