Peace, If Only --Contest

Peace such a small word Every letter rolls off the tongue Assuring you of an undying calm Calmness is not for many Each day so many die Peace sign means forgiveness Each one of us must hold out a hand Accept the love of each other Celestial love must reign Everywhere fighting must cease Personally, peace means nature Every flower bud a new beginning All children revered and cared for Casting the first stone does not equate Everlasting love to one another Peace sign to me shows that people care Each one of us responsible Accepting liability for our own space Calling on all nations to comply Echoing the sounds of solidarity penned 8 February 2014
