Religious conflict Fighting in the name of God An oxymoron Dark, twisting desire for power and greed Sends the innocent ones to fall and bleed. Powerful people hosting selfish purpose Seek every day men to fill their arenas. Greed and power are too often sought In the guise of something God has willed. Takes me back to the Irish Catholics and Irish Protestants killing each other. To them...purely political. To us, it was Christians killing other Christians. Today it is who has the CORRECT God. Yikes Good one!
