Our Island

I miss your touch, your laughter. We once had our own island. Just you and me. No, one knew that we were lost together in a love that melted candles. It was so good for awhile anyway. With you I felt like a princess. You said 'I Love You' forever. Then the plague entered our island, with its poison contaminating all. Why did you allow it to happen? My heart acking, racing, broken. You, ripped my soul apart with, the hands that once held me. You say It will not happen again, but the tongue inside you lies. You are missed no longer.

Wow! Loved it. It surely leaves a goose bump effect. Love is an seductive and can become a poison too. Regards, Bhavna

When trust is broken, it is gone....I went through this with a man, and never totally felt the same again....he blew it, and what was so weird, he kept asking, "what did I do"? always, Christy
