October Rain - Etheree

As hoarfrost forms on the colorful quilt beneath autumn's trees, raindrops begin their free flight fall, their pure October symphony in solitude with the restless wind, unpredictable as my contemplation of our future. September 20, 2015

Love the imagery in the first few lines; then musical raindrops fall, setting the scene for meditation. Lovely Etheree #7. All the best ~ paul

A somber poem that speaks volumes about the mind set of the author, aware of her surroundings and yet, lost in thought and self contemplation. Emile. #7

Nice etheree. Regarding the last line, was 'our' referring to collective humanity or to you and someone you care about?

A little bit of both. My husband has been ill and is getting better but he also has a heart condition. And so I pray. As for humanity I pray also and can barely watch the news and then get sleep. Thanks Mark. Cheers, Connie
