Ocean Life
Un-relentless wind blows upon the ocean air
surf rolls in like thunder time and again
White dots spray and scatter then disperse
rocks worn by centuries of wave beatings
the waves like a drum repeat-- beat after beat
sea weeds dance and sway with the current
Shifting sand dunes form new shapes
Similarity to the moons lunar surface
Seagulls cry and circle in huge flocks
A daily meal found on the floor below
Dark spots merge out of the water
Not rocks but moving heads of seals
Out hunting for their daily meals.
Life around the ocean keeps moving
Just like the daily tides that flow.
