Mid-Autumn

Moon through the clouds shines now mystic, Imprint fond hearts with moonbeams bright; Dance through mist shroud a touch magic. Attest fine art in visual sight, Urge in sure surge warm feelings here; Tales from old times speak well of touch, Urge love to merge as hearts find cheer; Meet fragrant chimes with moon cake mimes, Now sip hot tea with moonrise glow. Feast one and all on poignant dreams, Explore this sea as kinship shows; Apt fond recall of ancient themes, Sweet succinct sway of breezy air, Time to just stay mid-autumn flair. Excellent sonnet rich with alliteration, rhyme and rhythm! If you are interested, I also recently wrote a poem on the moon festival:http://www.poetrysoup.com/poem/the_mid_autumn_festival_829333
