Luna's Love...

Beautiful Luna in her palace on the Moon, Staring down from the heights above; The night was hot in the middle of June, And that’s the night she fell in love; And Goddess though she may be, She lost her heart to a man; A story that was once passed down to me, The story of the Love of Diana; The only night that she could leave, And on her Silver Chariot fly down to Earth; And with her love spend the Eve, On the Blue Moon, the night of her birth; At dawn she returns to the Moon, To her palace up in the heavens above; Hoping that she can see him soon, Luna and her Human Love.
