That I once sat silently watching you sleeping each and every heartbeat reassuring me that you live! Your love secrets I gathered into my safe keeping, giving you all I ever had to give! With you gone the earth sits barren and crying, a cry so very dark and shrill Dark clouds descend- Announcing our love dying, as fate hurries to hand me the bill Surely you know I'll never dare to pay, for sadness, heartache and misery so very deep You sent- nothing left to say, then walked away knowing my spirit would weep!
