Linda-Marie the Sweetheart of P.S.

“Sweetheart of P. S.” I am, she proclaimed. And this she stated when her membership was new. “Who is this poet that to us had exclaimed?” It was time to check her profile without adieu. This self-declared sweetheart had credential. Could she? Would she? Shall she really be? The “Sweetheart of P. S.” became quintessential. She captured poet's hearts with friendships spree. She took us on vacations and adventures. Commented on our work flamboyantly. Encouraged and loved us each without censures. Can you guess who she became, subsequently? Yes! Nice poem, Dane Ann. I have heard about the 51 vs 67 that Iolanda mentioned. Very interesting reading material. Good luck in the contest, my friend. I am going to Disney World this weekend to meet up with some friends from Arizona who are bringing a three-year-old for his first visit to the Magic Kingdom. Should be fun. Have a great weekend! Love, Carolyn

A great poem here, dear Dane Ann. A nice sonnet - is a Lyric poem that is 14 lines that usually has one or more conventional rhyme schemes. And talking about schemes: I wonder when does a poet draw the line between Fiction and Reality? I just read an online article on rhythm 51 versus 67 beats...have you heard of it?
