Kiss the Sun!

Here I am, standing in the sun.... Ran into a wall again, and now I am not so sure, what the future holds But, let me take a look, inside that is Perspectives and points of view? Many years ago, I barely stayed alive At the end of the rope, once upon a time.... Looking back now, at all of the seasons that have gone by Faces, places, moments in time ~ Nothing but gratitude, how could I ever cry Standing, here, in the sun.... Its a glorious day, a gift from above! I do not know, I do not care What I have lost? Or being alone? Peering, beyond the horizon, of what may come A smile now growing, upon my face A lucky man, no matter what, tomorrow brings!? Within all of these years, of borrowed time Beautiful hearts, and wonderful eyes Rising, again, in this sun.... What walls? What thorns? The crowds passing by "Life," perspectives, points of view?
