Just a Beautiful Day - the Curtal Sonnet Style
~Just A Beautiful Day~
(Curtal Sonnet)
Its dawn and I see the bright sun come out
And in the morning its tender arms still the night,
Breakin' the gloom as its light descends the clouds,
As sunshine extends all her fingers about;
And grass and trees cleanses with its bright light,
As its glow, keeps climbing the sky so blue
It seems to be sweeping all the gray clouds ‘way,
As ev'r so gently they move on their own a'cord,
Swirling and dancin' as they go ‘round the sun,
And I see the birds soaring above the trees
Well,it seems,this day will be full of fun.
