Journey revised 12 28 2023

In the embrace, A soul emerges, a precious little grace. Born amidst a world of repugnance and strife, Where caring and sharing should bloom, rife. Within where kindness should reside, We learn to live, to flourish, and to confide. Seize the moments of this fleeting time, Utilize it wisely, heed the bells chime. Seek the tranquility that lies deep within, Let your soul soar, grow wise, never akin To the trivialities that cloud our sight, Before it's too late, heed the call of the light. For woven in our essence, we begin to see, Our journey commences with each breath's decree. To a final destination, we shall all be drawn, Where physical death awaits, in the early dawn. This earthly plane, where all stories must end. In the timeless cosmos, we'll find our way, To the place of the never dying, the everlasting play. Embrace this life, for its brevity is clear, Let love guide our steps, banish every fear. For the soul may grow old, but it never dies, And soon we'll embark on celestial ties. In the arms of the universe, our spirits shall soar, To explore worlds unseen, forevermore. Let this poem remind us, our soul, of destiny's quest, To discover the mysteries that forever shall jest.
