It Is Neither the Gold, Nor the Silver Or Diamonds That Make It So.

As two hearts unite in a ceremony in celebration of the continued tradition of two hearts that became one, it is not the ceremony or papers signed that will make it so. It is not just the vows that will make it so. It is neither the place nor the building where it was held that will make it so. It does not matter how many people that attend it that will make it so. Nor the amount of money that you have spent that will make it so. No not even the diamonds that were purchased will make it so, no not even purest of silver or the finest pieces of gold’s will make it so… for they are only symbolic and gestures at best of what makes a marriage so. What makes a marriage so? It is the way in which the two who have join together as one treat and respect each other that will make it so. It is not the rings you exchange nor the ceremony that was done that made the marriage so. It becomes so when the marriage is bonded in a true LOVE and bound in heaven and not here on earth, it’s the oaths and promises that were made before God and not before men that made it so. It is our Father that binds it and makes it so here on earth and soon in heaven as you both stand before him there in heaven to be counted as one.
