'in the Meantime'

You inspired happy thoughts Now the glimmer of joy Somehow disappeared Replaced by an absent stare I wish I knew what was behind That shade of grey I wish I knew what or who stole your joy What turned your dancing into mourning? In the meantime, I’ll keep you in my thoughts In the meantime I’ll be praying for you For the sunshine to return For your winter to be filled with warmth For the shadows to become light That you’ll find joy in life again In the meantime I wish you hope --- That is sometimes our most important asset

This shows us your caring heart Wilma. I am glad you are doing well. Another hot day for us and our son and family are on holidays so I am at the shop. This evening I have to go feed the dog and check on the house. Are you at home or are you back to work? Hugs take care. love phyl

Alright, Wilma...This is getting just-a-little-out-of-hand?? Now I'm hooked on your stuff and I'll be up all night reading it! Hope you're VERY happy. Just look what you've done, don't you feel sorry for me? (Please?) Seriously, this is a heart-rending piece of work and I found myself getting a little choked up and misty-eyed - Tim

Amen to this one, Wilma...we would be no where at all without this hope...Elegant portrayal of this person's woes by relating them to nature...love, gwendolen
