Imperial Corporate Jurisprudence, The Lurid Leviethan Part One -

I was born unto a woman and a man, and a government,
this was the Trinity, these were my employers,
entrance into this magical melee was acknowledged with a certificate of birth,
and with nefarious numbers, debt digits,

from my parents i received sustenance, shelter, and a satisfactory starting point,
from my masters I was given models of obedient predessesors,
education was enrollment into a systematically subtle indoctrination
advocating surrender to the State by believing that we are the State,
patriotic bait,

a powerful dellusion is pretending to be Free by dominating others,
subsequently limiting synergistic enterprise,
ergo delivering our wealth to mongers of hate,
children offering alligence to ambiguous symbols representing ill defined principles,
neophytes showering immolations of precious soul onto alters of commonality,
regimented little Beings, trained for the torments of listless labor markets,
blind bees searching the plantation for enervating amenities, subdued sensabilities,
some will go to war, some to the frenzy of factory,
many shall toil in a sundry of slavish services,
some will reinforce the dogma, all will perish as coy chattel,

this is how the money machine manufactures social stratifications that divide & devour
the minions lowered into slow strangulation of economic ditches,
the process commences religiously with a receipt documenting your arrival
into the Firm, to pay taxes, receive stipends, a contractual stipulate, subservience,
upon accepting tax refunds, licenses & other civil benefits we forfiet our sovereignty
to centralized government, beauracracies bequeathing the prison mantle,
when you realize that countries are companies
and the citizens are volitional assets performing as employees,
commercial law becomes master of ceremonies,
international courts, treaties, constitutions, banks & multinational business conglomerates
determine the geopolitics which supercede national agendas,

civilization is an organization & an organism orientated towards propigation,
preservation, profit & racial proliferation,
but these goals are managed by surveilence,
infrastructure is priority for the elite,
traditions, truth, knowledge, amity, culture, language, art, race, nature
are entirely sacraficial,
only control and Legion are inviolable,

Hey Justin. I hope you don't mind but I think it'd be much easier to continue this conversation via Soup Mail - for I can tell this will end up being a very long dialogue, indeed! I'll be sending a Soup Mail right your way :)

Sincerely blown away, Justin. Wow. Not so much a poem (though you used literary devices of much poetic flare) as it is an awakening to reality. A political piece of writing that sees beyond the pale, mostly-meaningless lines such as "republican" and "democrat"... the BIG picture is what I see here. I've wrote a few poems of my own political views... but I don't believe it packed as big of a punch as this one.

Ask yourself this question Timothy...do you need a representative...your stimulating intelligence and poetry is always an inspiration for me. Your erudite refetences are valuable as well. Thank you. J.A.B.

Continued...2...Partisan politics is a social engineering ruse indeed. I've always been enthralled by the translation from Greek to English that Government is defined as control of the mind...and should include wealth as well. Every current form of government in the industrialized world is owned, in entirety, and regulated by a ruling financial "elite", rather parasitic. J.A.B.

Continued...this technical and moral focus of this poem is on international Maritime Commercial Law which has become an instrument of lurid debt slavery for the world's population. The disillusionment spawned by the fact that everyone born into the "civilized" world becomes chattel via the legal process of commerce is truly staggering. You don't own your body my friend, that's a wild truth! J.A.B.

Your perspective on the nature and use of "Money" deserves moral merit Timothy. I agree, that money is a medium of exchange, a facilitator of barter and commerce, whether it be fiat currency or money in true substance such as precious metals or other tangible commodities. Usury has become the real anathema of prosperity on the micro level, I.e. household income and self reliance...J.A.B.

I don't believe that MONEY itself is evil - though it is the person that corrupts it. It's a representation of a person's value - so if his value is flawed so will his money be as well. Some interesting reads would be Ayn Rand's money speech as well as the writings of John Locke. Apologize for my inflated comment, but I find it all quite fascinating...

Your poem tackles so many topics of discussion that several books of commentary could be published, on analyzing this poem alone! Most political opinion isn't based on principle, but flimsy fragments of some politician's "rough idea" - due to change at a moment's notice.

The subject matter of this composition is a challenge to confront and to compare to traditional belief systems Jay - so glad you got obliterated by it - sometimes we need to be 'reduced' in order to build up to truth - you are warrior wise - J.A.B. %

brilliant work, Justin and you are so right, the manipulation of our lives is a disgrace.. But, who could make it better, i've seen wonderful honesty and decent people, become tarnish, once under the influence of power and wealth....

When we collectively become poor enough, hungry enough, and sufficiently wise then uninstitutionalized democracy will have an opportunity to prevail over oppressive legal systems Harry - I am grateful for your praise - J.A.B. %

Read both parts of the piece, Justin, and I gottah say--WOW. Lots of wisdom in your words and the last line really wraps it all up... Social control, is not freedom. I absolutely agree with the whole of the poem. Very well written. I appreciate all of the time you must have put into it, and well presenting this powerful protestation (our rightful freedom of speech) to the public. Keep it up! You never fail to awe me. Always, Laura

there is something fundamentally wrong with that considering most of our ' Leaders ' are duplicitous with ulterior motives - ironically, I have entered Skat's contest as an act of protest regarding the theme - I intend no insult towards Skat, I think an important forum has been established for us through the contest - J.A.B. %

    I need your love and I humbly thank you for it PD. - the government exercises it'spower through force; if we are going to achieve any meaningful cultural and financial prosperity again this truism must be admitted into the discussion - a small number of people are telling everyone else what to do with their wages and lives;
