I Promised You
I know what you did, I promise I wont tell
But dont let it take control, that's how I fell
A slit to the wrist, a burn to the arm
You think ahh, it can do no harm
But it's and addiction, of self inflicting pain
You think it's normal, but it's a side of insane
I wont let you do this, but I promise you this
Im going to tell, with the next slit on the wrist
All you need, is me, and Im here
Dont inflict pain, or bow down to fear
Always remember, a cut to your wrist is a cut to my heart
and at the moment, it is falling appart
End this period, it's nothing but a past
You have a future that is going to last
But for now you need to make a choice
I can help you, just listen to my voice
I love you, but you need to quit this path
I can see where you will end, it's as simple as math
Subtract one human, divide many hearts
That why im telling you to begin a knew start
So make a change, begin the beginning
At the end of it all, I hope you are winning
