I find myself in a lush forest -
dripping wet, steamy and sultry
I am one with nature and the swamp water
oh, the soft moss and wet lime ferns
beneath me water reeds grow, swaying
juniper, sage, olive, blue, pine . . .
bright green of a little frog and brown of a crocodile
small yellow little fish kiss my toes . . .
orange snakes slither on the swampy shore
a fluttering yellow butterfly, a blue bird sings
my eyes stare at the azure sky and I dwell here
for the swamp water is my forever home
since I drowned . . .
