Green and My Soul's Sheen

Green colors my soul with a shimmering sheen. Rainbows amid clouds or in plankton filled seas. Enlivens the world; shares sun’s sparkling scenes. Entice, now, my spirit; let earth’s majesty beckon. Natural splendors, displayed like emeralds for queens. Aurora borealis at times includes green, Northern sky beauty presents colors; nights brighten. Delivering to earth heaven’s lights; have you seen? Mint, mold, or moss, green beans with caffeine – Yesterday’s creation made man’s everything. Sunshine and chlorophyll create a living kaleidoscope. Omnipresent environment sustains all nature gleans. Living and singing in Earth’s garden of hope. ‘Surviving simultaneously as our planet grows green. See Earth’s majestic mansion; give thanks and gleam. Herald throughout our planet; envision Heaven’s dream. Each act to replenish embraces our Creator’s goal. Every animal protected brings balance to the whole. Nature embracess green; thus, it makes my soul sheen. No, there are some that just feel right then there others I really don't understand. So since I am new to the P S, I'm really just learning and taking chances. Thank you so much for asking, I feel great when I do win

Dane Ann, according to the contest page the contest is still open. There are only 17 entries listed, unless I'm reading it wrong. BTW great acrostic! Love, Kim

Thanks, Kim. I took of that note at the bottom about missing the contest and entered it. See what I mean...too many interuptions...and a LOT of hyperactivity going on around me. I usually get up at about 3 or 4 a.m., but I've been too tired lately. Thank you for giving me the heads up so I could enter. Big Smiles, Dane Ann

What counts is you got your 2 cents in, that is how I see it. Nice write, I still give you a 7.

Good news! I wasn't too late afterall. I just had three grandkids around me while I was trying to find the contest. LOL So, I got my 2 cents in and entered the contest. I struggled with this one trying to add some rhyme and alliteration to the acrostic form and still make sense. YIKES! Thanks for stopping by and leaving your sweet message.
