God Saw My Distress and Healed Me Part 2

Oh God, I wish…I wish I could tackle these hardships I taste happiness for a change… It’s very, very strange This feeling smothers me… I know God has helped countless people in the bible… And he has straightened me up…and He clothed me with His love But, He’s way up above… I know He could see me…and I hope to make Him pleased He has put my soul at ease... And please excuse me as I have a chat with God God has seen my distress and healed me Oh boy, I’m very content with Him around He has placed me in the Lost and Found Box and I’ve been found And I feel that I belong for once Tree branches twist and turn right before my eyes Could you untwist the knot…please don’t whisper lies Depression is like a bunch of flies, Hovering around you…swap it or move away from them Before you get attacked…don’t be the victim Of shame like I was…keep pressing on… Seek first God’s Kingdom and honor the son… Glance at the sun…and feel its rays… I don’t want this night to end…the hours have its ways Of pushing me below the surface… However, God has granted me happiness Not sadness…that Satan tries to throw at me Possibly, there’s a way to swim away from the churning sea I soak in information that doesn’t have a value If only you knew…if only you knew The struggles I’ve been encountering But, God knows everything and I’m left clueless But, I shouldn’t lose hope in Him…though, at times I feel so hopeless I am growing out of my shell… Things are starting to ring a bell Oh man…there’s times when I feel like my growth process stops all of the sudden I’m like a caterpillar, Developing into an angelic, blue striped and green spotted butterfly I believe that I’ve lost my mind… I’m frozen in place…I’m watching the time unwind Yet, I won’t give up on you, brother You listen to me, like no other
