Falling in love
Dreaming of you in my dreams
Kiss my lips before you go
Kiss me goodnight before the snow
Dancing with you in the dark
Holding you in my arms
Before the alarm clock steals you away
Wanting to protect us from all harm
People laugh & people mock us
Treating us like freaks at a sideshow
Mystifying & confusing
Our love is seen as ***** & threatening
Fantasizing of holding your hand
Without fear of persecution
Lest we stand before the gallows
Awaiting our execution.
