Darkness deep within me
Surfacing once in a while
The reasons behind it
Long forgotten, yet fresh
Painful,yet sweet
Sadness deep in my soul
Showing once in a while
The cause of it
Long forgotten, yet fresh

Emptiness in my days
Emerging once in a while
The genesis of it
Long forgotten, yet fresh
Painful, yet sweet
Memories, they torment me
Long forgotten, yet fresh
Painful, yet sweet
Rip out these feelings
